“I visited this clinic at 11am on a Thursday for routine bloodwork and was the only patient there. The phlebotomist was approachable, patient as I navigated the processes, and gentle with the draw. The facility is a lot smaller than the one they had in North Auburn but I had a pleasant experience.”
“I bought a basic blood check up at other service, it was hard to pick where I want to have a blood test done because of reviews. A lot of them a negative ones…
I came in, check in with my id at machine, in 4 minutes I was called to pass the test.
Mikayla did a great job, asked which hand I prefer, asked if I want count down… it happened in a second, no pain, no bruises, literally minute.
I spent 10 minutes for this test.
More than satisfied. Regret only about one thing - didn’t take photos of all processes so other would worry less, than I did.”

If you want a place that connects with you go somewhere else. As far as getting lab work done. I dont remember the ladys name but she was to find a vein in my arm thats a difficult stick, she gentle, and informative.”

“I booked an appt online, signed in when I parked, and went to the waiting room. I was called within 5 minutes and they asked the name of my doc, then confirmed the tests that would be needed. I waited 2-3 more minutes, then labs were collected efficiently. I was glad there was no extended wait as I was fasting. My appt was at 8:45 and I was done and out the door at 9:07. Zero complaints.”

“Came in on a Sunday, and had zero issues. The lab tech was professional and kind. She was able to find my nonexistent veins and draw my blood on the first try. I work in healthcare so we tend to be more critical but she was amazing and I would come back.”
