Mud Bay is an independent pet supplies retailer with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who really care and take the time to help. The staff are super friendly and attentive to both people and pets. The store is well stocked with an incredible selection for dogs and cats, including all kinds of healthy treat options, freeze-dried salmon, well-made toys, and a wide selection of clay and natural cat litter. It is super clean, neat, and well organized. They offer high-quality, healthy pet food and supplies made with natural ingredients, and their prices are reasonable and sometimes a little cheaper than other locations. The experience is excellent, with kind service that includes help to the car and a welcoming atmosphere for new customers. There is simply no comparison with any other pet store in the area.
The staff was very helpful and let me talk about my dogs endlessly. They helped me fit my dog with a new harness and are very knowledgeable about their products.

So kind and helpful!! Was greeted first thing when came in. Had my l/o with me and after purchasing, they brought my items to the car for me. Already have been, but will happily continue to shop here :)
