The store is well-maintained and put together, offering a great selection. The staff are wonderful, amazing, super nice, and very helpful. They provide great customer service that is warm and welcoming. They are willing to go out of their way to assist, offering friendly and non-judgmental care. The veterinary clinic is loved, with techs that help even pets with severe anxiety. The grooming salon includes a dog wash with multiple always-clean stations, providing everything needed. Reber Ranch strives to offer an exceptional service, fair prices, and an overall good experience for every visit. It is a warm, welcoming place where even customers are helpful to one another. Located in Kent, it is easily accessible from several surrounding areas.
This was a nice clinic!!! The vet was very friendly & knowledgeable, as was the vet assistant that assisted her. I'm thankful they helped me as we were in a bit of a time crunch for a service for my pet & needed to get in last minute....very nice clinic & love that they offer urgent care also if needed.
