“They’re above and beyond all other mechanics in Seattle area not just in kent or Renton. I moved from NY to PNW in 2013 , had to try few different auto repair shops before finding them . I owned Lexus, Honda , Mitsubishi and Volkswagen cars/SUVs over last 10 year period and they have provided quality work on all of them . They’re not expensive and not cheap , they won’t rip you off . I’ll say they’re very reasonable and have solved all my car problems and take full responsibility of their work. Believe it or not they never asked me to write a review for them, I’m doing it cause I really appreciate an honest mechanic shop they run. Thank you ?”
“Had an occasional mystery fluid dripping from under the hood. I called Rock Creek Lube Center and asked if they'd be able to take a look and identify what it could be. Without hesitation they said to drop by and they would take a look. Drove to their facility a couple hours later and within 10 minutes they identified that the oil filter hadnt been tightened appropriately from the last oil change (local "fast" lube place) and the big drop in temperature outside was probably just enough for it to cause the occasional leak. No charge, have a nice day.I will consider them for future automotive needs.”

“I hope this is the Tukwila Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change and things couldn't go more smooth. In and out in 30 minutes! Larry was awesome, checked me in and let me know what I needed up front. Jacob was the technician on my vehicle, checked in on me a couple times and even offered to vacuum some excess dirt inside the car at no cost. Definitely recommend it here.”

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning, Friday before closing they told me they had to keep it because of some strip bolts and were kind enough to park it outside for me for the weekend. Monday morning nice and early they were able to get back to it. Definitely coming back even if the work is not under warranty.Service: Transmission”
“Went to the place across the street to get my windshield changed, my 32 week pregnant wife and toddler were meeting me there to pick me up so I didn’t have to wait. My wife got there upset due to our car was out of coolant. I went across the street to Central Avenue automotive and asked if I could buy some coolant. They were kind enough to fill me up at no cost, I even tried to give the mechanic 20$ for the trouble and he did not accept. Definitely will be happy to take all my future car repair to them. Real class act, thanks for the save Central Avenue Automotive!”

“Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this carService: General repairs & maintenance”

“This place is so great I would give it a sixth star if I could.
I called looking for a pre-purchase inspection of an EV, because they clearly specialize in it. At first I was worried they might just be a quick-lube, But that concern was immediately put at ease.
The owner Huey answered the phone, and he was the one to look at my car when I came in. He showed me exactly what he was looking at, both on the car itself also when he pulled it's onboard computer codes, and he explained it all in simple language.
To top it all off, When I took too long at the dealer and then got stuck in traffic, I got there after he closed - but He stayed after hours to look over the vehicle, so that I could get the sale done that day!
I have been a boat and car guy all my life, But I am new to EV's. I can say, bar none, This is the single best mechanic experience I've ever had. Even though it is 2 hours from my home, I will definitely be bringing my car back to Huey.”

“After almost 5 months of arguing with the warranty and dealership that I got my 2014 Kia from to fix all the things that were not functioning when I purchased it, I took it to bucky’s for any sort of help in trying to figure out why there are still the same problems. A few calls to the warranty company, and calls from Jared at Bucky’s actually letting me know what was still wrong, I now have Logan and Jared making my car safe to drive with actual updates and progress! I could never have imagined all of the help, support and clarification I would get from a reputable repair shop but I will always bring my car back to Bucky’s!
