Was especially impressed when I came back for a follow up and Howard was excited to ask how everything was going (he remembered the issue, even though I wasn’t the one to originally drop off my car).

“Pulled in here frantically after leaving work one evening when my car alerted me to low oil pressure and kept flashing the “pull over in a safe area” notification. The three young men working were so kind and patient and found a big punctured oil leak issue, advised me not to drive the hour home on it, helped push my car to a safe location to get it towed, and didn’t charge me anything for their time, services, and the oil they poured into my car. I so appreciated their help and kindness in what was a very stressful situation for me.”

“Went to another location of theirs an hour before close and they were out of the specific oil filter for my car. I was heading down to the Kent area anyways so it didn't bother me that much. I figured I would just try another location so when I got there and explained my situation, they quickly took $20 off my service because of the inconvenience. Extremely fast and great customer service. I would highly recommend in would 100% come back.”

“Hey, Yall So I went for an oil change today at this location and they did an amazing job and I also had an issue with my tires and they balanced them out all 4 with no extra charge ! This is by far the best Crew ? Thank you Giovanni as well for your honesty on my filters I only needed to change 1 out he didn't try to upsell me on the other filter which I liked honestly is number 1 for me ! Especially being a woman some people can take advantage but not at this JIFFY LUBE they are AMAZING I recommend this LOCATION ONLY . I will only be attending this morning crew i trust them with my car !!!”
