“The Garage in Renton did a thorough inspection on the Toyota Highlander hybrid vehicle I was buying. The found two critical issues that needed to be fixed before I finalized the buy. They also found a number of maintenance items that needed to be fixed after the sell. They completed the inspection in time so I could complete buying the vehicle that day.”

This is by far the best Crew ? “Jonathan answered the phone immediately and in a friendly manner, which made the difference for me to go here instead of the Valvoline nearby. When I got there, they were able to see me right away and took care of everything even faster than the estimate they had given me, plus one of their team members kindly took a few minutes to connect with me in the lobby while I was waiting and another one thankfully pointed out a pretty serious safety concern regarding my tire - even though they didn’t have the auto body tools to fix it, the fact that he showed me that before my tire blew so I wasn’t blindsighted was super appreciated and I’m so grateful and impressed by the service. From a few parting remarks from the GM, Jon, I’m guessing a lot of the great service has to do with his leadership - committed to integrity. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend! I only wish their card reader accepted tips!!”

Shop dog. 5/5 service center. addition rd 2. techs overfilled oil due to NA/NB miata dipsticks reading low even at proper fill. staff drained and refilled oil to spec. I'll still change my own oil 9 times out if 10 but when i have a car apart in my garage this is the go to. 10/10”

“Excellent service and communication! Had an issue that was complicated by different advice from another auto shop- central auto helped me understand what was going on and fixed the issue.
Was especially impressed when I came back for a follow up and Howard was excited to ask how everything was going (he remembered the issue, even though I wasn’t the one to originally drop off my car).
So nice to find a place that I feel like I can trust who communicates well, especially with women (hard to find at car shops)! Highly recommended.”

“Pulled in here frantically after leaving work one evening when my car alerted me to low oil pressure and kept flashing the “pull over in a safe area” notification. The three young men working were so kind and patient and found a big punctured oil leak issue, advised me not to drive the hour home on it, helped push my car to a safe location to get it towed, and didn’t charge me anything for their time, services, and the oil they poured into my car. I so appreciated their help and kindness in what was a very stressful situation for me.”

Quality: I've never gotten rotors from other shops for my 2012 Honda Odyssey that didn't warp after $12k miles until now (on my 4th set). They said they avoid the cheap ones and these are holding up beautifully.”

I figured I would just try another location so when I got there and explained my situation, they quickly took $20 off my service because of the inconvenience. “Great customer service. We went to Jiffy Lube the other day here in Covington my place to go we take all of our vehicles here. Tell all of our friends about it and all of our family. They really go above and beyond to help you out here and don’t overprice you and don’t try to take money from you by giving you things that you don’t need they do tell you what you’re required and recommended which I really like. Give us the option to do it if we have the funds we do it if we don’t we wait until we get the funds, but they are amazing. Every young man that has ever helped us. Here has been amazing.
