“They’re above and beyond all other mechanics in Seattle area not just in kent or Renton. I moved from NY to PNW in 2013 , had to try few different auto repair shops before finding them . I owned Lexus, Honda , Mitsubishi and Volkswagen cars/SUVs over last 10 year period and they have provided quality work on all of them . They’re not expensive and not cheap , they won’t rip you off . I’ll say they’re very reasonable and have solved all my car problems and take full responsibility of their work. Believe it or not they never asked me to write a review for them, I’m doing it cause I really appreciate an honest mechanic shop they run. Thank you ?”

“I hope this is the Tukwila Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change and things couldn't go more smooth. In and out in 30 minutes! Larry was awesome, checked me in and let me know what I needed up front. Jacob was the technician on my vehicle, checked in on me a couple times and even offered to vacuum some excess dirt inside the car at no cost. Definitely recommend it here.”

“Had an occasional mystery fluid dripping from under the hood. I called Rock Creek Lube Center and asked if they'd be able to take a look and identify what it could be. Without hesitation they said to drop by and they would take a look. Drove to their facility a couple hours later and within 10 minutes they identified that the oil filter hadnt been tightened appropriately from the last oil change (local "fast" lube place) and the big drop in temperature outside was probably just enough for it to cause the occasional leak. No charge, have a nice day.I will consider them for future automotive needs.”

Even though the people who previously worked at this location messed up my oil change he made sure to tell me when I stopped by today! Told me the issues and what he found! He sent her next door for a new tire (inexpensive) and even came over to help remove her hanging splash guard. Very professional and nice! Won my business just by watching him help my daughter. “Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this carService: General repairs & maintenance”

“After almost 5 months of arguing with the warranty and dealership that I got my 2014 Kia from to fix all the things that were not functioning when I purchased it, I took it to bucky’s for any sort of help in trying to figure out why there are still the same problems. A few calls to the warranty company, and calls from Jared at Bucky’s actually letting me know what was still wrong, I now have Logan and Jared making my car safe to drive with actual updates and progress! I could never have imagined all of the help, support and clarification I would get from a reputable repair shop but I will always bring my car back to Bucky’s! “Last week, while at Jiffy Lube on 104th Ave SE in Kent, I was helped by Toby C., Daniel H., Miquon P., and Chinda X.During my first visit, though the store didn't have a filter that fit our vehicle, the guys were super helpful. I told them I wasn't the one who usually drove the car, so they gave me the names of a few nearby places that carried a variety of filters. They also provided additional information that could help me save money during future oil changes.After buying a filter, I returned to the store and Chinda X. completed the oil change quickly and seamlessly.I really like that this store now provides "drive-thru" service, which means I was able to remain in the car throughout the entire process.If you are looking for a friendly crew who goes above and beyond for the customer, I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Kent on 104th!”
