The gentleman who helped cut my wood went out of his way to ensure I got the most out of the wood I bought as I needed several specifically sized pieces. His brother works cashier so it's nice to see it's a family friendly place to work as it feels like that helps with overall employee happiness.

We were able to get our order canceled thanks to Mary. She even refunded us for the custom items which were part of our flooring order. We would have gladly ate those costs as businesses normally don't refund on custom items. Good thing we canceled as my husband is out sick for a week.

Honestly the whole paint department treats you like an inconvenience, been there several times over the past year as I'm redoing my house and asking simple paint questions and they just roll their eyes...other departments have been helpful but paint department service SUCKS!
