“The gentleman who helped cut my wood went out of his way to ensure I got the most out of the wood I bought as I needed several specifically sized pieces. His brother works cashier so it's nice to see it's a family friendly place to work as it feels like that helps with overall employee happiness.”

“I live in Covington and go to this home depot for many different things: paint, repairs, yard work. Overall, I like it. It's clean and well stocked. My wife loves their selection of plants here. I would say the biggest downside to this store is to find a person who can help if you have questions.”

“Over the last 10 years of living within about 15 miles of this The Home Depot, I’ve genuinely appreciated having this location nearby. The people who work here have consistently been kind, receptive, and helpful, and that level of customer care matters more than people realize. A special thank you to Ian, who happened to be at the right place at the right time and helped me load items into my vehicle. It may seem like a small act, but those moments of willingness and kindness leave a lasting impression and speak volumes about the culture of helpfulness within this store. Truthfully, all Home Depots are near and dear to my heart because of the way they continue to support both professionals and veterans through the special offerings, resources, and appreciation they provide. As a veteran, that recognition and support does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated. This Home Depot has become more than just a place to purchase supplies — it has been a dependable and appreciated part of the community experience. Thank you to the team for continuing to show professionalism, patience, kindness, and genuine willingness to help throughout the years.”
