“We've been tenants at this property since 2022, and the difference since Terrence took over as property manager is night and day. Communication is fast, issues actually get handled, and the whole property just runs better. What stands out most is how he works with growing businesses — when we told him we needed additional space, he was on it right away and worked out a solution with us, no runaround. He consistently goes out of his way for his tenants and finds answers instead of reasons to say no. If you're a small business looking for space with management that actually has your back, this is the place. Couldn't recommend Terrence more.”

“The hotel was very clean and great customer service by the hotel staff. The hotel is very close to the 167 freeway and near many restaurants and bars. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient enough and good fresh muffins and bagels. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future for my business travel needs.”
“First of all angela is a liar, they did not hire Renton Shed Solutions because they only deal with sheds, second she hired my other business which is FNH FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, but what Angela is refusing to admit is that they were the ones that measured the screens...so when the first order came in damaged we reordered them... received them and had interaction with the manager and renters as we drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to Bremerton to install them and they were the wrong size. We were told that we didn't need to go out there and measure because Angela already did...well clearly they had no idea what they were doing...when I explained that they should not receive a full refund because the screens were already bought and we took time to order them as they were custom and our time to go out there to attempt to install them...we were told that wasn't her fault. But in reality it is their fault because they failed to measure them properly. We did what we were supposed to and couldn't finish it because they told us the wrong sizes.”
“Very nice and friendly staff restroom available. Arrived on 5/9/24 at 5 pm my actual app was for 5/10/24 at 11 am. I went to go ask if I could park overnight and they said yes. Staff in receiving changed my app to 5 am on 5/10/24. Was unloaded and paperwork by 6:20 am.”
“This isnt my usual Costco, had a lot of trouble finding things, walked around twice as much as I normally would. (A me problem) However, with that said, the sales associates were helpful. Parking is always a challenge getting in, but there was ample spots on a Saturday afternoon. If I knew the layout better, I would come more often, cheers to practice makes perfect shopping!”

I have a small local auto detailing shop here in Kent upon detailing one of my clients vehicles I realized there was a leak inside of his brand new roll n lock bed cover. After going back in 4th with the manufacturer they sent me to competition specialties in kent! they were able to replace the bed cover instantly mind you this was not there fault but a manufacturer defect.... (i was able to pick up locally the same day) randy and team helped me through the entire process. If you are looking for after marktlet parts look no further than here. Owners if you are reading this you have a real winner with Mr.Randy he was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive outcome and you just don't find that in many employees anymore. “Love going here and checking out books for my students. They always seem to have special deals going on with their coupons that you have to sign up for in advance. They also usually always have a spot where you can fill up a box for $25. I think due to Covid, the Warehouse is closed to the public, but you can order online. I have not done this option yet.”
“This warehouse is actually two or more buildings that operate under Maersk Shipping which makes it an international trades company and has a bit of more rules to follow inside. Not that anyone notices really. I just can't have a knife on my hip. Nothing really. The leadership that we speak to has been awesome. Serious and stern but very candid and fun as well. Nice change from the norm. We keep it clean and keep it moving to get things where they need shipped. Good place to work.”

“Tyler, the supervisor in the red vest and hannah. That's training to be a supervisor they were so nice and i'm a tough customer, and I ask a lot of questions, and they were so patient and kind and costco was lucky to have them. Also, this is a really nice costco. I've been to some cost that suck. They're very woke, and that is not a turn on like I will purposely not spend my money at that cost, though, but this one is really nice. And I love it, keep up the good work”
