“Tyler, the supervisor in the red vest and hannah. That's training to be a supervisor they were so nice and i'm a tough customer, and I ask a lot of questions, and they were so patient and kind and costco was lucky to have them. Also, this is a really nice costco. I've been to some cost that suck. They're very woke, and that is not a turn on like I will purposely not spend my money at that cost, though, but this one is really nice. And I love it, keep up the good work”

“The team that helps at the gas station are really helpful and friendly. The lane I was in today was a bit backed up. Turns out it was a car that needed to be jumped (in front of the pump🙈). The team made sure that those of us still in line were made aware, and then helped get the other car jumped and working again. Nice to see that they helped a lot with that persons situation and still were able to keep everyone else moving. Kudos and great job to them😊”

“Knowledgeable and professional staff, great stock of new and surplus/'ding and dent' machinery, with excellent prices. Whenever a friend needs a drill press, woodworking machinery, or a good vice I send them here. They often have metal lathes and horizontal bandsaws as well. Last visit I bought a large I-beam trolley for about half the price of the competition.”

“David and Elizabeth are always so helpful and patient with us durning the quoting process and when we pick up our orders, Caleb in the warehouse is eager to help. He might be one of the genuinely nicest people you could ever meet. So enjoy working with this team and always appreciate the support they provide to my business… Thank You Kent CFM Team!!!!”

“Great place we frequent for Italian and other fun European imports and specialty foods and great bulk spices and flours. Fresh/frozen pastas including ravioli and tortellini are our family faves. And their incredible cheese counter, fresh feta and delicious olive selections are unsurpassed! We’ve shopped a lot in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco and Big John’s (PFI’s) selection is as good - or may I just say it - superior to many of the Italian shops there. Plus super friendly staff who really know their stuff here. Once we found our way to their new Dearborn location ( underground parking, then circuitous hallway leading to the store) we decided that although change can be difficult after 30 years of shopping at the same place, we actually really prefer the new store!”

“I've used to buy products from these guys 20 years ago, stopped in the other day to get some stuff and Jeff, the owner came up and said Hi Bill. How have you been? They always gave me great customer service and advice. Have always been super friendly without the pretension you get most everywhere else. Just nice people, still.”

“Needed to replace 7 windows in the salon of our sailboat. One 4×8 sheet did the job. Price was good, as was the service. I like the website with the breakdown of the benefits and uses of each material. Will definitely use them again”

“Staff is friendly and have always been willing to help. Post surgery they even lifted my items into my car. Can get busy, so prepare for a longer line during that time. They have one line and just call next to whichever register is free, saving you from the which line is moving faster dilemma.”

“I shop at Chef’s Store in Tukwila regularly because I really appreciate their selection of beef and pork. They also have boxes of oranges and a variety of fresh produce, which keeps me coming back. If you’re looking for a quick in-and-out trip, this is a great place to go. However, I’m not sure if the staff is trained in customer service or if they’re just focused on ringing up orders. No one ever greets you or thanks you at checkout. I don’t need a formal greeting from everyone, but at the very least, a simple “hi” or “thank you” at the register would make a big difference. It feels a bit off when I’m the one always thanking them after spending my money. I don’t want to feel pressured to thank them; I’m already a paying customer. I hope they can improve this small aspect because the selection is really great.”

“This isnt my usual Costco, had a lot of trouble finding things, walked around twice as much as I normally would. (A me problem) However, with that said, the sales associates were helpful. Parking is always a challenge getting in, but there was ample spots on a Saturday afternoon. If I knew the layout better, I would come more often, cheers to practice makes perfect shopping!”

Read the postWhen it comes to buying appliances, people who prioritize price over other factors end up less satisfied in the long run. That's what the J.D.
