“Have been going to this store for 23 years now. Have met many good tellers and the experience has been great. It is unfortunate they had to remove the public restroom. I believe this was not there fault but don't have the capacity for it. Either way the newer gentleman working there now named Mohammad is the nicest guy ever to work there, always has a smile and treats me likeI'm someone important. Wish every store had people like this. Can't forget the two lady's working there now are also very great as well. And Janet, miss her, she was a blast of fun.”

“Got to give a shout out to the service provided by Dakota in Jon's checkout line in Covington, WA on Thursday, 2/15/24. As I unloaded my cart onto the conveyor belt, I noticed a couple strawberries in the carton I'd selected looked bruised and moldy. I mentioned this to Dakota, the checkout helper, but told him I'd live with it. He offered to go back to produce, (about as far from the check stands as it gets) and get me a better package of berries! I didn't have a large order, so Jon rang up the strawberries and then Dakota took off to get them exchanged. I was done checking out by the time he returned, but I was able to leave with a perfect pack of strawberries and I was impressed that an employee would offer to help like that. Amazing products, exceptional return policy, great prices, and friendly employees are all great reasons to shop at Costco, but this was really special service- THANK YOU DAKOTA!”
