This experience was nothing short of Customer Service at it's best! My car had a damaged tire and I needed it replaced before my road trip over the Labor Day weekend. I went in thinking they would order the tire and next week I would get it installed. No, they got it in by 11:00 am and by Noon me and my car were out of there.
Peter, Parker, Mary, and Kellen (the manager) took very good care of me. They gave me options and advice on how to best handle my situation. I have hope that the spirit of Customer is still alive and well, at least in this Les Schwab location. For that, I am truly Grateful!”

“This Les Schwab has always been great to me, but this experience was over the top. As I was getting into my vehicle in Seattle, I noticed the right rear was flat, then spotted the nail sticking out of it. I didn’t have time for a repair in the city and also time to make it to daycare before they closed, so I filled the tire in town, and carefully drove to pickup my toddler. With toddler in hand I began to call the Renton and Issaquah tire places that were all near closing as it was now evening. No one was willing to look at the flat that day, and when I described it and told them the car was AWD they set about giving me quotes on replacing all 4 tires that were all 2-5 days out. When I called Les Schwab, they told me to stop by and they would take a look at it. They didn’t overpromise and guarantee repair, but promised to diagnose the flat this evening. I went straight there, but arrived 10 mins before closing time. They inspected the vehicle and confirmed they could repair the flat, they stayed 20 mins late and repaired it at no charge. WOW.”
“I had to jump-start my car on a couple of recent occasions, and went to Les Schwab at the 84th Avenue South location in Kent, WA, to have my battery tested; I was not surprised when informed that I needed a new battery. The employee (I believe that the name on his work shirt was CJ) was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options for a battery replacement in a no pressure fashion. I probably could have purchased a cheaper battery elsewhere. However, I really appreciate the convenience of going to this particular Les Schwab store, and that over the last several years, that they have always repaired my flat tires at no cost to me. Good people.”

“Stopped in with my mom tonight (5:30 pm - 30
minutes before closing) as we were on the way to the store and I could feel the car felt wobbly. They checked the tires and found a big safety issue. After understanding it was not safe for her to drive back to Snohomish, they offered to put the spare on or replace the tires, and they would stay past shift time to do the work. My mom decided to replace the tires, and they did everything extremely fast, including bringing the tires from another location. We ran a quick errand and went back and it was done (within an hour).
Most people would want to go home on a hot summer day so close to closing time, but seeing the unsafe tire, they went above and beyond to get it done. Awesome team and good communication to show the issues and explain everything.”
