“This place is awesome and the staff is super awesome! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they are only open until 6pm mon-sat and 5pm on Sundays. This makes it pretty much impossible to access your unit if you have a job or a busy day”

“As Canadians, we needed to pick up a set of hiking boots we purchased from a US company quickly and didn't want to risk custom issues. We set up an account at Security Mail Services and had the boots shipped and then we drove and picked them up. What I loved about Security Mail Services is that I was able to do everything on line! I set up a new account on their website, made a request for an after hours mailbox, and was given all the pick up info via email. The system they have is extremely efficient and reliable. The boots arrived on a Tuesday morning and we were able to pick them up that same evening. We will definitely use this service more often!”

“The staff at the storage facility went out of their way to help me when the door on my unit got stuck. It turned out, something fell against the door, and we were unable to open it. I was pressed for time and unsure what to do. Brittany and Joe went out of their way to find a work around with my schedule And, more importantly, found a solution to get the storage unit door to open. I am grateful to both of them.”

“I had to call the Towing company at 12am and I was told that the Tow Truck ETA is about 30 mints. But the Tow Truck came early. Sawyer was our man who helped us get through our tough night. Sawyer stayed with us for good 2-3 hour and he seemed to have a lot of knowledge about the EV cars. As our EV was not going on Neutral so we tried to charge the car while it was on the Tow Truck. Sawyer had so much patience and stayed with us to solve every obstacle we were facing to get this EV to charge. Finally we called out roadside assistance to get the car towed to the nearby dealership and the roadside assistance team needed the car to be on ground. With a lot of patience and hardword Sawyer finally figured out a way to bring the EV down without putting it on the Neutral. Finally we were able to get our car to the nearby dealership with our roadside assistance team after so many phone calls and a sleepless night.
I am glad that I called ASAP towing to our rescue. Even the person who takes the call is a very nice person, he listens to the problem and try to send the help ASAP.
I highly recommend ASAP towing team if you are in any sort of car issue (flat tire, dead EV battery or any other issues) this wonderful team will go beyond the expectations to solve the problem.?”
“Ferndale storage is a great place to store your extras. We have our stuff stored for 4 years while we were building. No water damage, no anykind of damage. We are finally moving into our home. Our furniture has been sorely missed. I am so happy that it is all just as we left it.”

I would just note that when we went later in the evening it was just her working. So keep that in mind if you need any help or need to call for information.”
“So I'm the ex setting it straight. There was some of her stuff in 1 unit I moved it in there under her orders.. I changed the locks because she had put a second lock on both units so I couldn't get in in retaliation because I wouldn't give her a key to the one unit her stuff was in because some of my things were missing like my stihl chainsaw she sold to a friend for 75 bucks.. It wasn't me who was the thief. I was the one who paid for both units she didn't pay as dime and felt like she shouldn't have to pitch in to help out.. She broke trust and put her own locks on when I was at work so it would look like to others I was the bad person when I fact she was the liar and thief.. she abused the system to be able to control me thru threats of calling the police... Tell tole signs of a Narcissist . She's 86ed from the property... Sorry and Thanks again Ferndale mini storage!”

Location (proximity to Vancouver), security, options, organization/tidiness, access, and pricing are objectively all on point 10/10, and the solutioning and customer engagement / communication by Mr. Warren wins the day.
