“I had a storage room here for about 2.5 years. The facility was always clean. The locked gate never failed. I did leave my unit unlocked once, but they noticed and called me immediately to get it secured. The neighborhood is also quiet and welcoming. I never feared for the safety of my belongings. I saw a couple of other tenants while I was there and everyone was always kind and said hi. Easy move in and move out process. Picked up my U-Haul from their main office in Ferndale and, again, top-notch customer service! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.”

“As Canadians, we needed to pick up a set of hiking boots we purchased from a US company quickly and didn't want to risk custom issues. We set up an account at Security Mail Services and had the boots shipped and then we drove and picked them up. What I loved about Security Mail Services is that I was able to do everything on line! I set up a new account on their website, made a request for an after hours mailbox, and was given all the pick up info via email. The system they have is extremely efficient and reliable. The boots arrived on a Tuesday morning and we were able to pick them up that same evening. We will definitely use this service more often!”

“This place is awesome and the staff is super awesome! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they are only open until 6pm mon-sat and 5pm on Sundays. This makes it pretty much impossible to access your unit if you have a job or a busy day”

“We rented a unit at Birch Bay Storage for five years and had nothing but a great experience. The pricing was fair, the facility felt very secure, and auto billing and gated access made everything easy and convenient. Our unit was spacious, and the built-in loft and shelving were especially helpful for keeping things organized. It was also a nice bonus to have U-Haul rentals available on-site, saving us an extra stop when moving in and out. We’ve since moved out, but we would highly recommend Birch Bay Storage.”

“Probably the best prices in town and the manager who lives on site is very helpful and friendly. This place isn't like those other places that are run by power tripping psychos that just want you to default so they can auction off your stuff or the ones that act like your commiting a capital crime if you spend more than 15 minutes looking for something in your unit. The respect and privacy from the manager is makes this storage facility one of the best in my opinion and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a storage unit. Also the facility is pretty much brand new so nothing is broken or damaged and the units have built in motion sensor lights so you can actually see what your doing.”
