Had a really rough day getting through the border for my nexus interview then punctured my tire with a nail immediately afterwards. Les Schwab got me in to have the tire patched for free and really turned the day around. My tire was fixed and mounted with the spare stowed in less time then I could have lunch across the street. Huge shout out to Caleb and Owen for the awesome service! It’s been ages since I’ve felt like a business was just doing something kind without any strings attached and it really meant a lot. The technician, Jackson, was also very friendly and informative. The repair was free, and they checked the tire pressure in all 4 tires, as well as the spare tire!
