“This place has great service and people. I had asked them to check my brakes while doing an alignment. When I picked up the car and asked about the brakes, the service agent realized it hadn't been done. Since the bays were full he said it might be another hour before they could get it up on the rack again but would go check with the owner who came out immediately, apologized profusely, took my keys and drove my car into a side bay they don't usually use. He pulled another tech over and the 2 of them went over the entire brake system while I watched and said there was plenty of life left in the rotors and pads. A less reputable place might have taken the opportunity to try and sell me on the need to do a brake job (75k miles since the last pad replacement). Honesty, great reputable service. They will get the brake job when the time comes.”

“We brought in a couple of decent tires to replace ones that got destroyed in the last snow storm. Was pulled out of a ditch and had to get pulled multiple times down the road before reaching a plowed road. We were on a tight budget and they not only replaced our donut tire that was bubbled and wire hanging out everywhere as 2 others were in the same shape but they got us higher quality tires designed for the winter and have much more tread on them. Almost brand new tires and still only charged for the disposal of bad tires and install of new tires with no extra charge for the tires themselves. They also stayed after store hours to make sure we got the car back to us that day. They went above and beyond and showed people still do care and will go the extra mile for others. They saved our butts in a horrible unexpected jam and an issue that was certain for disaster. Thank you guys very very much!”
