“I reached out to The Davenport Motor Company because they had an F150 I was interested in. Shane, the owner, called me back and we discussed a possible trade for my truck. He was upfront and honest on the phone and a pleasure to talk to. He even opened up on a Saturday to accommodate my timeline. Before I visited, he explained that he would let my wife and me take the truck for the weekend and, if we decided against the purchase, meet me halfway to trade back vehicles.

I drove over 100 miles one way to see the truck. The customer service was amazing! When we arrived, I felt no pressure to buy. Shane said, "I don't care who you are or how much money you have, buying a vehicle is a scary thing. So if it's not the truck for you, no problem." This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. After Shane and I made a deal, he introduced me to Missy, his wonderful buying specialist, who helped with all the paperwork. She answered all my questions, and even a month after the purchase, she helped resolve an issue with my title processing.

“They had stock rims that I like for my Toyota RAV4. So I was able to transfer my winter tires on to steel rims and place my summer tires on the new Centerline black rims. Plus they were able to get me in asap. Fantastic customer service ?

Still great service. I had my winter setup removed and summer setup placed on.

Winter tires set back on. TPMS sensor going off again. Ill have to stop in again to have it recalibrated.”
