“I went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!”

“Tuesday before thanksgiving one of our service trucks broke down 60 miles west on I-90. Not knowing any repair shops in Spokane I had to roll the dice. WOW did I get lucky! Nef’s recommended a tow truck, who texted me three hours later they dropped off the truck, then I got a call the next day our truck was ready! Just a water pump. I explained we can’t get to town till Monday they said not to worry, they will park the truck inside.
Job came in under budget, towing company (wish I could remember who they are) were fantastic, and Nefs treated us like a long time customer.”

“When my wife was driving into town and moose jumped the guardrail and smashed into the side of my wife’s Subaru Outback causing a good amount of damage to the passenger side of the car.
The insurance company gave a me a couple places that I could take my car to. A couple of them were national chains collision centers. I wanted to keep my business with a locally owned company. I read several reviews and settled on Craig’s Collision Center.
I spoke with Eric at Craig’s, he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient for me. I drove the car to Craig’s, spent about 20 minutes with Eric filling out paperwork and then I was on my way. I was expecting my car to be in their shop for at least four to five weeks.
Eric, either sent me an email or gave me a call several times to explain where my car was in the process of the repair. Two weeks later my car was ready for delivery.
Eric and the team at Craigs Collision Center did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone”

“Customer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all great—especially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.”

“My car started getting loud yesterday. Upon inspection of the loud noise,I noticed a large gap in the exhaust pipe.
I took the car to Muffler Mart today and they took care of the exhaust leak for me right away.
The cost was reasonable. I appreciate their courteous and quick service.”
“Dino and Phillip took my broke down Honda from a tow truck even though they were 2 weeks out for any appointments moreover they even stayed late to get me a diagnosis the next evening! “Had a great experience here! I took my vehicle here for an oil change and diagnostics, and they went into so much more depth than I anticipated! They list everything out by urgency/importance and really go into detail about what needs done. The diagnostic report was sent to my email within a few hours, which was really nice to have the time to go over everything and speak to my husband and decide what all we wanted to do. I always feel under pressure at other places to make a decision quickly and I did not feel that here. Kelby was professional, yet friendly, and was very knowledgeable! He was very forthcoming and seemed genuine about what he thought we should do moving forward. Corey was great, too! He also added in his input, as well! So we got two professional opinions at once.
We definitely found our regular mechanic!

“Took my 6.0 there recently for a long crank and sometimes no start. They kept the truck overnight to see what it does being actual cold, and diagnosed it perfectly. Good diesel shop. Knowledgeable techs, fair pricing, and they actually take the time to explain the issue. No BS. I’ll be coming back if I need diesel work again. 10/10 if I could rate that.
