First of all, I was on a tight schedule that day and I was able to get my car back at around the estimated time they gave me. They did a major job and it worked just how they said it would for the price they quoted (which was substantially lower than a dealership). Even a little bit early. “Giving these guys 10 stars and a big THANK YOU for taking care of My son so quickly this morning. He was driving back to West Side yesterday (Sunday) when his tire blew. Got the spare on and drove back to Spokane. With nothing opened, he had to wait until this morning when He called Perfection Tire. They got him in and out with 2 new tires in record time, reasonably priced and he says, super great & friendly service!!
Noah is back on the road now and will be back to the west side safely!

“Solid dude... called him up and told him the issues, he got back with a quote surprisingly quick and in the shop a couple days later. One issue always causes another, but he told be about it Before he did it, had the part a short time later, and even clues me in on a possible issue later (with pics to prove it). My daughter's audi needs some work too, and I'll be making sure it goes through his shop.”
“I went ahead went down there. I had my girlfriend with me and my dog. I didn't have any money on me at that time and so basically I told him exactly what the issue was and they told me pull in went ahead and me and my girlfriend and my dog sat there and they went ahead and fixed the problem and I went ahead and told him before they did anything that I don't have any money and I'd like to schedule an appointment but they said screw it and just got it done and she told me I was good to go and didn't have to pay a the thing but for your guys information they don't always do that for free. There's always a price on it but they only do it if it's not that big of a deal so I thank muffler clinic for going ahead and fix my exhaust because now my truck doesn't sound like absolute shit so again thank you muffler clinic and I just got done putting five stars on there and hope for you guys have more customers”
“If you need differential work definitely go here. They rebuilt my rear differential for almost 1k less than what another shop wanted to charge for installing a rebuilt differential. They finished on time and within the estimate they’d given me. Great communication throughout. Highly recommend!!”

This location is so attentive to detail that I can barely tell there was even a chip. When one of my chips spread more during the fix, therefore taking longer than expected, they communicated with me clearly making sure I knew the reason why there was a delay.
