My Jeep had been dying on me while at high rate of speed for 10 months and 6 different automotive shops including a dealership that could not correctly figure out why. “I had Hopkins try to diagnose a problem my daughter was noticing with her 2014 Subaru Cross trek. Service manager was very polite and explained things well and let me know that I didn't necessarily need to replace the parts I was considering having replaced at the current time. He drove the vehicle again to specifically try to pinpoint/narrow down the problem my daughter was noticing. In the shop's opinion the items I thought might be having the problem were not necessarily the issue. He advised me that the vehicle was still safe to drive and that I could hold off a little longer before replacing said parts. I really appreciated his thoroughness and opinion. I have had Hopkins do other work on my daughter's car and was happy with their work.”
“Developed crack in RV windshield in Alaska and taped up to hopefully hold until returned to US. Worked with insurance, who were not helpful in finding place to repair. Had used Novus years ago when similarly had crack in windshield. Called them and Terri handled everything (including dealing with insurance company). Arrived at appointment, glass was there and Matt did exceptional job of replacement of windshield. Even fixed a few minor chips and seal. Professional service all around—definitely recommend the business.”

I don’t know anything about vehicles, so I have to trust what anyone says. They were extremely kind when I called & explained what I thought I needed done to my vehicle. They never try to upsell me with spendy treatments that I question if I even need, and they're generally available if I just walk in for a lunch-break oil change. I'm usually in and out of there within 30 minutes or less, and I feel good supporting a family business.You don't wait in your car here, as they hoist it into the air. They have a little waiting area with a couple chairs and a coffee pot. It does get a bit warm in the summer and cold in the winter, but they do try to control the climate as much as possible for their little old shop building. The Mrs. who handles the front desk is always friendly and conversational, and I always laugh when I walk in and see the Hillary Clinton nutcracker doll they keep in the lobby.”

“Had my brakes and some bushings done this past year at a good price, and they also recommended new struts for me. Finally got around to the struts and I needed additional expensive parts. Those parts got missed on the first inspection, so they didn’t even charge me for them! That had never happened to me before! Needless to say I was speechless!
