βI went to Crash Champions to get some body work done on my vehicle per an insurance claim. The team is great and very professional in assessing the vehicle damage, giving a rough timeline on how long it would take, and communicating throughout the process. My only slight complaint was that during my initial estimate I was told that the part of my car that was damaged was going to be replaced, but ended up just being repaired. I was not informed of this update until I came to pick up my vehicle. Aside from that, would recommend!β
βI went in for an oil change and also needed help finding my oil cap that I forgot to put back on. Yhey were so nice about it and found it somewhere beneath my car. It was very fast & a pleasant experience, I would recommend jiffy lube on sprague and McDonald!β
βHad a great experience here! I took my vehicle here for an oil change and diagnostics, and they went into so much more depth than I anticipated! They list everything out by urgency/importance and really go into detail about what needs done. The diagnostic report was sent to my email within a few hours, which was really nice to have the time to go over everything and speak to my husband and decide what all we wanted to do. I always feel under pressure at other places to make a decision quickly and I did not feel that here. Kelby was professional, yet friendly, and was very knowledgeable! He was very forthcoming and seemed genuine about what he thought we should do moving forward. Corey was great, too! He also added in his input, as well! So we got two professional opinions at once.
We definitely found our regular mechanic!

βHad a lot of corrosion on my brake rotors, knew I needed the work done. Called and Anthony (technician) got me in the same day around 9am and the work done by closing with even after hours pick up. Price was fair and service was excellent!β

βCustomer service staffing has gotten better with a few new hires, which has made it easier to reach someone via phone. Customer service reps are all greatβespecially Will.
The work done on my 2020 X5 has been good, but some things are still way more expensive than they should be (maintenance you can do yourself, like changing engine and carbonara filters). For the complicated repairs, though, I let the dealer do it. Their prices are pretty much in line with the European indy shops in Spokane.
My only gripe is that they are now limiting their Uber/Lyft rides to 5 miles. That means I now have to get a ride to/from the dealership unless I want to while away my day in their waiting room.β
βThey were fantastic and had to clean up my particular car dealership’s mishaps. They were kind and so helpful, as well as generous! Tristan, the assistant manager was overseeing my vehicle and was great at explaining what happened. He explained with great clarity what had gone wrong and was quick to assess the situation. I highly highly recommend the people there! Great service, great professionalism!β
βIf you need something fixed quick and an honest mechanic this is who you need to get. I had mechanics over charging me and telling me different things were wrong with my car such as engine knock. He came over and in less then 10 minutes found the issue which was just a loose bolt causing rattling, he was very fair with pricing, professional and on time. I would not get anyone else to fix my car if I were you but this guy! Very happy customer 😀.β

βEven though they had never met me before they got me in on a very short notice and got my main vehicle repaired and running quickly. I then brought my old Chevy pickup in and had brakes rebuilt, engine work and an overall diagnostic. They know cars very well and were able to explain each detail thoroughly. I am planning to have some other major work done with them.β

βMy car started getting loud yesterday. Upon inspection of the loud noise,I noticed a large gap in the exhaust pipe.
I took the car to Muffler Mart today and they took care of the exhaust leak for me right away.

βI came here thinking I had a bigger issue to later. Realize it wasnβt as big as I thought and the person helping me just checked it out for me without any charge unfortunately I didnβt have any cash on me so I will be back to tip him just for being a decent human being but Was super generousβ
βTook my diesel f250 2012 in because the a/c was not blowing cold. Usually with a/c and diesel I assume the worst and was expecting thousands of dollars for a repair estimates. They diagnosed and found a leak at a valve and recharged the system. Now I have to bring it bacl to male sure there are no additional leaks of course, but I really appreciate their honesty. A/c repair is easy to justify replacing a bunch of parts so I really really appreciate being able to take this approach and minimize costs.
Great service, great people. Will be bringing my truck here again. Won't name names, but much netter service and value than a certain truck manufacturer and sales group they are located near. You can also talk to an actual person as opposed to having to text message with a service advisor while trying to interpret Gen Z texting.β
