H&R Block has great staff and friendly people. A tax preparer provided amazing help with confusing questions, offering calm and clear explanations. While one visit experienced an error, another was completed quickly with a better-than-expected return. Customers are met with friendly respect from start to finish, with all work and questions explained clearly. The service is so good that a customer would drive a long distance for it.
Patty was amazing we forgot one of are forms and she waited for us to go home and get them. Would recommend her to do your taxes.

I think 4 stars is wildly generous still… Brandi and Romona are the only reason to do your taxes here. Patricia is incredibly rude and out of hand.
