He was very helpful and explained the process to our understanding. My issue is that we are older and not into knowing all the steps we had to go through to complete the transfer. Then passwords for phone Apple etc. not sure we are complete on every step yet.

Chandler and Dylan at the Deer Park Verizon store were outstanding. Switching services is usually a stressful experience, but not with these two. They made our experience enjoyable. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions and put my mind at ease. They were a great team!!
