Christopher was excellent! He resolved my issues in just a few minutes with a friendly calm air about him. I was very upset by my ongoing issues with transferring back to Verizon. Like over 8 hours total of hold and customer service calls in a 3 week span...super frustrated! Thanks Christopher for redeeming Verizon ?

Customers beware of a new policy. They will charge you 40 dollars to simply move the Sim card from your old phone to your new phone. Go to a corporate store where they won't bilk you, a real verizon store will for it for free.This store is Victra, an authorized retailer of Verizon, not Verizon. That's what the employee there made me well aware by showing me the back of his badge and saying verizon is not his boss.

My recent experience was a business Web fromVerizon ,Mary what a great asset for owner of DeerPark Verizon store ..Without her knowledge and experience ,she answers all questions I asked ..It not like a regular store they care ,it reflects Mary as a leader. She made my uncertainty go away .. We decided to use aVerizon Internet Gateway ..It portable ,it can be mounted on a stand or it can be used with out a standI live in Elk Wash . It loads real real fast . I told Mary I used it for Netflix,upstairs and downstairs to watch 2 movies at once ,load all of my Blink security stuff ..It is with out a doubt cheaper ,and does as well as Starlink at way way less cost ….Thank you Mary ..You are a great asset for Verizon & the local owner ..Thank youSkip Bellinget

Other than her program to give an exchange credit, not working at the time, everything went very well. Mary was excellent in all aspects of upgrading my phone. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I wish I could have this kind of service everywhere, unfortunately something has gone wrong in how customer service is portrayed these days. It's good to see some companies still care about their customers. Thank you Mary, you were very pleasant and easy to have a conversation with. 100% satisfied customer.

I was assisted by Mary at the Deer Park Verizon last night 6/1 I had made an appointment for 6pm, I had 4 lines to switch over to Verizon plus pick out a new phone, Mary went above and beyond she answered all my questions and even stayed 40 minutes after her shift to assist me. Around 6:45 COLTON MUNSEN walked in he is the very entitled gentleman that left the other new negative review, Mary greeted him and asked what he was there for he said he needed to get new phones she told him she was there by herself and would help him as soon as possible. He waited 30 minutes before walking out without a word and leaving a negative review. Most businesses these days are short staffed so a little patience and grace is required when you go to a business. Especially a cell phone store! And the realization that sometimes you have to wait in line most of us have mastered that in kindergarten some sadly haven't figured that out into adulthood!

I only suggest this retailer if you don't mind spending 1 to 2 hours more than your already dreading.Literally a more painful experience than buying a new car.
