Christopher was a huge help. Very professional, super kind and easy to ask questions without feeling like an idiot.
Dawson was a blast to talk to and both those guys together gave me good info and just super knowledgeable and pleasant.

Came in the other day to figure out a glitch I was having with my SIM card and Ethan was very kind and patient with all my questions. Even changed a couple things on my plan because I was paying too much! Great customer service!!

I had my buddy who is an older gentleman just transfer over his lines from T mobile to Verizon, and he has his mom also on his plan but my buddy is the manager. DONT EVER TALK TO THE REPRESENTATIVE NAMED CHRIS. My friend went in to get some help and him being older he is not as advanced with technology, all he needed was help and instead this guy Chris at Deer Park Verizon ridiculed him in front of the whole store. Accused him of fraud in front of several customers because since he was new to Verizon he had not setup the account manager on his account yet and buddy Chris said he did not feel comfortable putting his name on the account to make changes. That’s pretty lazy if you ask me, not wanting to help and point him to 611 instead of arguing and saying you’re going to call the cops and charge him with fraud.. my buddy even called 611 and THEY TOLD HIM TO GO BACK TO RECIEVE AN APOLOGY, and Chris threatened to call the cops and even had other customers asking to remove my friend front the store.. all he needed was help. He has already started with pursing a lawsuit.

Mary H was the biggest help when I was in a time of need. Phone got dropped in the water and I didn't have my AppleID password since I just changed it. She took ever step to help and was patience and more than willing to help. 10/10 A++

My experience at this Verizon store was exceptional all because of Mary. She takes customer service to the next level and shows true caring and compassion to her customers. She was so sweet, kind, and patient through the whole process and she truly made my day. Thank you again Mary!
