It is a great location, close to the I-5 freeway, the marina, a fishing pier, scenic trails, and waterfront fun. Apartments include newly renovated units with spacious living rooms, all new kitchen appliances, dishwashers, and in-unit stacking washers and dryers. Parking is free with plenty of available spaces. Residents enjoy amenities like a renovated swimming pool, a sports court, and walkout patios. Management is quick to respond, understanding, and always available to help. The maintenance team is timely, and the on-site manager is cordial and good to residents. The neighbors are friendly, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment where it is pretty quiet. Overall, it has been a great experience for those living there.
Have nothing but good things to say about them. Quiet, clean, good people, and nicely kept apartments. Highly recommend to anyone!

I’ve been living at Chelsea by the bay for a year, in a newly 1 bedroom apartment and it’s been a positive experience. Management is quick to respond and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable in my home.
