“I’ve been living here for a bit now, and while every apartment community has its challenges, my experience lately has been more positive. The office staff has been responsive when I’ve reached out, and maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable time. I’ve also noticed the property being more attended to overall, which makes a difference.
The location is convenient, and the community feels calmer than before. I appreciate seeing efforts being made to keep things moving in the right direction. Overall, it’s been a decent place to live and I feel comfortable here.”
“Been here going on 2 years. Apartments are spacious for the price. Management is pretty good on handling problems in a timely fashion. Maintenance man is always on top of things. Neighbors all friendly. Can't complain?♂️”

“Renovated unit, love the complex and quiet after 8 pm rule. It's an apartment so from neighbors I have encountered 2 flooding issues, all handled promptly without further issues. That was a lot, stressful with noisy fans for almost a week. One flood occurred during the holidays. Parking is a disaster due to more vehicles than allowed per unit. They do offer paid spots, of course. Overall I love my spacious apartment, with plenty of closet space. The fenced yard raised the cost but it feels homey.”

“This is a great location with lots to do around and real close to the 5 freeway. My experience at this complex has been the best out of all the places I’ve lived in. I love that parking is free and has a lot of spaces to choose from. The entire property is very clean with landscaping maintaining it weekly. Brandy Powers does a great job at responding when needed and taking care of business, she’s for the people very understanding, here to help in any way she can. We need more people like her in this world!”
