“Adrian Williams has been an excellent customer service rep during his time serving us at Mox Boarding House.
He is responsive and goes out of his way to make off-day drop offs when emergencies arise. Easily the best New System rep I've ever had, and I've been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years. Nearly all of the restaurants I have worked in have used New System, and never have I had a rep like Adrian.”
“This is a wonderful business ! Extra super clean and absolutely lovely staff ! Ladies were So kind and I have to stress how exceptionally clean it is! Service was so fast and clothes are beautifully folded ! Highly recommend !”
“Ive used their wash n fold service many times! I couldn't be happier with the quality! I go back again and again, as a single guy that works away from home often there is no better feeling than dropping off the big bag of work clothes, to the always smiling staff, whether its the staff or owner that pops in from time to time, and always getting it back same day fresh and folded ready for the closet. Great place well worth the cost! 10 out of 10!”
“5 stars! Everyone is very respectful and customer service is always on line. Me and my family always come here to do our laundry and the prices are amazing. Would recommend in the White Center Area”
“Clean & affordable, safe but watch your car by criminals thieves druggies alcoholics infested area without law enforcement, there's hardly any sheriff around these peripheral area,a lot of thieves, criminals, cars speedings.”

“My car looks amazing, they were super accommodating and helped me find the best service for my car without breaking the bank. Everyone I encountered there was extremely kind. Great customer service and a job well done. Definitely recommend them!!”
“It is a good laundromat. You can use cash or debit card to use the machines. Sometime it gets busy and other times there's not too many people there. Some litter around the area on the ground behind the businesses there.”
“I been going to this laundromat for years I first went to it before the light rail was there it was a nice Asian guy who owned it he was cool he didn't put up with no shit . The place was always Clean. Fast forward started going again I was there tge day that opened uo the light rail and had celebration new owners a couple from Ukrain very nice very clean. They also didn't tale no shit. They kept the place clea. Amsafe and affordable . Fast forward 2025 new owner. Also great experience as far as laundromat are concerned this is the best place in the area the owners have all been very nice they stand by there business keep the place clean and safe . I recommend this place if your in this area or heck I ain't going to lie . I go out of my area to this place because I know it's always clean always a great place to do laundry. If you can't find a parking spot there is side street parking on the otherside of the building and it has a back entrance. Definetly one of the better laundromat in the area”

“Fantastic owner. Couldn't be a better person IMHO.
Drop off your laundry and they'll wash and fold it and have it back to you same day as long as you drop it off early enough.
Can do it yourself as well, place is safe and always clean.
The laundry drop off is honestly worth it's weight in gold.
And again the owner is just a great guy.
Couldn't imagine taking my laundry anywhere else.”

“This laundromat is a lifesaver! It's always clean and the machines work like a charm. I love the convenience of being able to do laundry while catching up on my favorite shows on their Wi-Fi. Definitely my go-to spot!”
“Great laundry experience. Attendant on site was very nice and helpful in every aspect. Clothes came out cleaner than they have in my 2 years of using the washing machines at my apartment complex. Price is very fair for the size of laundry you can fit in the machines. Wash and dry times are pretty quick. Took under an hour for both together. Most of the other customers were very polite and friendly. Was sorta busy when I went in the middle of the day. Even then, I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a bigger washer to free up. I would recommend this location to anyone.”
“I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and ever since I moved to Columbia City I will still make the drive to come out here and do my Laundry, even though I have a washer and dryer at home but it tends to take forever when I have loads of laundry to do. Something about this place that makes me feel safe & it brings back so many wonderful memories with my mom & siblings. I’m 36 and I love that this place is still here :)”
“Such kind employees! They estimated the Navy uniform I left would take 5 days and it was ready for pick-up the very next day after drop off! I was thrilled and it was not expensive at all. They handled the uniform with such respect and obvious knowledge of proper uniform standards- everything turned out great.”

“This laundry facility is the cleanest I've ever been to and the highest quality product as well. Restaurant owners in Seattle love the linen and uniforms this company provides.”
“Great place to do laundry. Staff is friendly and washer rates are competitive with other laundromats in the area. Dryers are $0.25/6 minutes, but they work really well and are spacious! A full load takes 18-24 minutes to dry on medium.I highly recommend Southwest Laundry if you need a clean and safe laundromat in the area. ?”
“Dry cleaning suits comes out great. to be fair I never get them that dirty in the first place maybe slightly wrinkled from a long wedding day but these guys do a pretty good job and not too bad cost wise. Wife thinks staff is very pleasant.”
“Great dry cleaning service & good alterations!I have taken my Women's suites & dresses here. Anna is awesome and very friendly. Have had my husband's & Sons pants repaired and cleaned. Great family run business, I drive from Auburn across federal way to come here”
“We have been customers for over 25 years and think their service and prices are excellent 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍”
“These guys did an INCREDIBLE job with my vintage Italian San Marco trench coat. There was some funky things with the original design of the jacket, but they were able to work around them still tailor it to my frame. This is the second time I've had them work on some of my vintage militaria and they have done awesome on both occasions. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is friendly. I highly reccomend getting your clothes tailored here!”
“Nice laundry mat, not big but is nice and not over crowded when I was there. The washers and dryers were clean and all worked. There is a soap machine to buy laundry detergent and bleach at front of store. There is two change machines one in front also on the wall. This machine only accepts $1 and $5 although on the wall in back of store there is another change machine and it accepts $1 $5, $10, and $20. There are also tables to fold your laundry two big ones located in front and one small one in back tucked behind dryers. Also a descent place to fold away from everyone. There are only two chairs to wait, there is a vending machine and also roller buckets to help carry laundry. Also have plastic laundry bags for sale for 75 cents and located in vending with soaps. This Laundry mat does not have anyone on duty but does offer drop off service with wash, dry, fold and press for price and the number.”
