“It has been a struggle to find anyone with the correct Covid booster type for my son. After a failed attempt at the Kent location (avoid them like the plague), Des Moines was absolutely outstanding! I called ahead to make sure they could help and the staff double checked my son's info and said yes, and upon arrival from the lady at the front desk to the nurse who gave the shot, the whole process was incredibly welcoming, reassuring, and efficient. I just can't say enough good things about this location! Thank you to everyone we interacted with!!!!!”
“I like this store. Lots and lots of great stuff! Have never had any problem there, but has a bad name for safety. Sad the druggies have to ruin the name of a great store! We will come until we don't feel safe!”

“I’m from out of town and came by for a flu shot. I did a walk-in and waited very little time. The tech helped me fill out my paperwork, created my profile and administered my vaccine with little wait. She also handled multiple patients in line very courteously and quickly.

“Very good people here. Few months back my insurance people changed our prescription program and I hadn’t received a new card and had no info about new coverage.The staff took the time to find a way to find a resolution, they were able to fill my prescription. A big chain pharmacy would have said to bad, so sad. See you later.
I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for compassion and a pharmacist not hamstringed by corporate paperwork and policy.
