“The prices aren't the lowest and they usually busy. But the selection is great. They carry stuff for my son's snacks and lunches.. the other stores in the area do not carry. They have apple slices and cream in the fruit cups, instead of just peaches. My son loves apples over peaches. They have a decent selection of jerky/meat sticks. Got a jar of Tillamook sticks 14.99 instead of 18.99 for a small bag.
I wish they had more fruit options. But the fruit the do have was ripe and good. The layout can be a little confusing in the store however.. since they changed it over the last few years, baby stuff is out in the very back.. where are the makeup used to be.. which is fine once you figured it out. The baby selection however itself is a little lackluster. Their employee to customer ratio is not good. There's always super long lines and the employees move very slowly scanning your belongings.
But their food selection is really good.. they have an obnoxiously huge array of energy drinks. They're one of the few stores that offer 14 day aged steaks, which in my opinion are the best steaks you can get they're always soft and tasty. Never had a bad steak from this location.

Parking the offer but the right side of the parking lot back toward the back of the store which is the next closest to the building when the main front lot is full... Often has dr*g addicts... You're almost always sitting in cars.... Doing weird s***. Make sure to lock your doors.

A couple years ago now my mother had somebody snatch her cell phone out of her cart.. directly in front of her and run away.. the staff however not even the officer at the door gave Chase or helped her they said they couldn't do it.. so be very careful of your belongings.”

“I love this Walgreens. I don't get any prescriptions here so I don't know about the pharmacy, which many people don't seem to like. But I have always encountered super friendly staff. And they don't always have what I need, but they try. My only negative is the parking lot. Which someone else has mentioned. They need to assign an employee to clean it up at least daily, or hire a service to do it.The theft problem seems like less of an issue than it has been. I don't know how any retail store stays in business in the current environment. At least they have shopping carts again. And they made a smart decision to not replace the ATM which was stolen last year. The biggest plus to this store is that unlike the other Burien drugstores, it's easy to get in, buy what you need, and get out.”

“Was discouraged after reading some REVIEWS, but every experience i have had at the pharmacy was top tier. Customer service is EXCELLENT, staff is CARING & PATIENT. Transactions are done in a TIMELY fashion. Have frequented many, many pharmacies & this one is by far the best. I am NOT a people person so this is review is saying a lot. “The Fred Meyer pharmacy in Burien is excellent. We were going around and around with other pharmacies and urgent care’s to get my husband’s blood pressure read for a disability claim and no one would read it/sign for it. But then we called the Burien Fred Meyer Pharmacy and the amazing pharmacist was able to do it quickly. She was short staffed and yet was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are so grateful!”

“I like CVS pharmacy. I fill prescriptions and get my vaccinations there. They have really friendly staff in the pharmacy. In particular, Tuan works hard and is very friendly. Tuan filled my prescriptions yesterday using the drive through--I love that amenity. Tuan was the only person working in the pharmacy and he was really polite.Today I came in late for my flu and Covid vaccines and Tuan was super cool about my being late for my appointment. He administered both vaccines and I felt no pain. It seemed like a really professional operation.As I was walking out feeling pretty pleased with my experience, the nice woman working up front at the register wished me a good night and I really appreciated that too! “I was picking up an RX from the pharmacy. I had a coupon that reduced the price to $101.00. I said that I saw it at 2 other places for $40. Tyanna looked up my accounnt and apparently I qualified for some type of loyalty coupon. She told be the price was $5.00! I was shocked. If it wasn't for Tyanna, my cost wouldhave been significantly higher. Thanks Tyanna for your great customer service. Give this woman a raise!!”
