I continue to be so impressed at how supportive the director Matt, and our teachers from discovery preschool to pre-k have been every step of the way. They take the time to ask about accommodations my son may need and what they can do to support him in the classroom. The kids always come home clean and happy. The teachers take the time to update us frequently on the daycare app. There is routine which helps my child with autism. We discuss frequently as needs change and our family feels well supported. Along with special needs, safety measures are made a priority here. This is a great daycare if you want to be heard as a parent and have peace of mind during your work day!”

“My daughter started coming here halfway through the school year and she had adjusted so well. The teachers here genuinely care about the kids at the center and from my observations they treat the children like family. Most staff speak both Español and English so my child has had a great opportunity to pick up some new words and learn a bit of Español herself. “Childtime of Federal Way was truly the best place for my daughter. She learned so much and the teachers were patient with her. Alma, Darlene, Josie and the rest of the staff were so great with Lena. It was her first year in daycare and I couldn’t have picked a better place. Such a great experience. They made sure she was safe and happy. Clean and safe facility. They were great with her dietary restrictions as well. We moved to a new city or we would still be at childtime. So sad to leave this place. My daughter loved it here!”

“We had an amazing experience at Seattle Barista Academy during their 2-day professional barista training! This course was extremely helpful and provided so much valuable knowledge about espresso machines, crafting high-quality lattes and espresso based drinks, and even some creative and fun drinks.

A huge thank you to Paulo, our instructor, who was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also patient, encouraging, and engaging throughout the entire training. He made sure everyone in the class understood the techniques, answered all of our questions, and gave us hands-on experience that made a huge difference in our learning. “Sooo my sons been going here for a lil over 2years. I am so glad they've replaced the front desk lady.. the previous one was kinda rude. The new one is knowledgeable, kind, actually talks to you like a person.
All the staff are really kind, helpful, understanding. My son can be difficult but I love that they've helped be consistent in potty training him with me. The classes are smaller for them to easily play, learn, grow at their pace. They are super helpful with making sure he's transported to school & back safely via the bus. They have also made sure the back fence, for outside play is locked so there's no escapees as they are near a busy road.. However my son and I really enjoy going here. My son has grown soo much here and I totally appreciate the staff”

My daughter has gone here, 5 days a week, since she was 3 months old. My son attends 5 days during the summer. “This is the first day care I have put my children in. And I have to admit my children have found their second and third mamas there. 🥹very grateful for the staff at East Hill KinderCare. This is our 3rd summer at KinderCare and my kids love every single teacher they have had. We have been in all the classes and felt love in every single one!!! One of my favorite parts is getting updates any time my kids do anything, eat, sleep, bathroom and pictures of their daily activities. 🥰 definitely makes being away from them easier.”

“With having a daughter on the spectrum I was very nervous about putting her into daycare (5yrs), I am blown away by our teacher MS.HEAVEN! The name is a perfect fit as she has been such a blessing to our family! She has the best classroom including a calm corner and my daughter cries when I pick her up because she doesn’t want to leave. She’s thriving in her classroom. I get daily pictures and updates and she even does educational work and projects. “We started our son here about six months ago and have had a really positive experience.

The admin staff is really buttoned up and I feel well-informed as a parent. The curriculum is thorough and thoughtful and the lesson plans are creative with great variety, hitting on different developmental needs of the children. The outdoor space at the center is great. The children are fed high quality food with good variety. They're given an appropriate amount of responsibility. We've been really impressed with the support from the school as we've begun potty training.

Teacher turnover has been somewhat high, but I understand that's just part of the industry. Some teachers have been better than others but for the most part, we find the teachers to be caring, friendly, responsible, hardworking and trustworthy.

The app updates are fantastic, with multiple photos sent every day and explanations of the activities and lesson plans.

Overall I feel completely comfortable and trusting of BH when I drop my child off every morning. I know he's in really good hands and that his development, safety, and happiness are top priorities. The price tag is high, but it's worth it.”

“1) I like the vending machine snacks. There are vampires here but they keep it low-key.

2) Kind of irritated that the light wizards here dont teach you thunderbolt in the first year but if you let impatience overcome you that's the easiest way to turn evil. At least that's what the wizards say. Anyway I went to school here and can tell you many of the staff here are kind and want to teach you the way of light. Do not listen to evil wizards that whisper into your mind from the bowels of the underground cave system. They're supposed to be there to temp you to stray from the light and if you listen you will be turned into a conduit for evil.”

“My son has been attending Family Circle Learning Center for years, and it has been a consistently positive experience. It’s a great childcare facility with caring, experienced teachers. I’ve never had any concerns or issues staff members are attentive and take the time to support children who may be struggling to adjust.

What I appreciate most is that the program is more than just play. The teachers truly teach, and the learning shows. My son just turned 5 and is able to write his name and is currently learning simple math. I feel they have done an excellent job preparing him for kindergarten next year.

My daughter also loves coming here. During school breaks and summer, they provide engaging activities, take field trips, and care for the children with the same dedication and warmth you would expect for their own.
