“In the midst of a hectic day, I needed to have my car towed to my mechanic. Cesar was polite and helpful and my car arrived at its destination with no drama or hassle. Cesar texted all relevant information and promptly emailed me the invoice for insurance reimbursement. I hope I don't need towing again anytime soon, but if and when I do, Cesar is who I will call.”
“Superior job repairing my car! We’ve brought all of our cars here and they repaired the damages like nothing even happened. The only minor complaint was it took awhile for me to get a status update on my car which was frustrating but it was during the beginning of the holiday season so I can understand things happen. “Tow operator was nice and responsive, gave a time of 2p. Driver was supposed to call but I ended up calling after they were 20 mins late. Eventually showed up and had the tow completed by ~approx 2:51p. I don’t mind that they were late - sometimes stuff happens. The driver was nice but what I was uncomfortable with was that he asked me to go to a “website on my phone.” I thought this was to deal with payment maybe. Eventually they took the phone from me and went here and gave themselves five stars. They attempted to give themselves a rating on another same company but different division (?) but I had to pull my phone back from them. Overall, the tow itself was fine, vehicle arrived as expected. I did /not/ like how pushy the driver was about reviews.”
“The front desk staff consistently demonstrate exceptional service, and the scheduling process is efficient. Repair turnaround times are impressive; met with the amazing QC today, and we addressed a few minor issues. All good for now. Please consider upgrading to Nespresso original for an even more awesome lobby experience and happier staffs. The GM work tirelessly and very down to earth.”
“Over the past years I've gone to several different auto repair shops in Federal Way and have not been impressed with their being very honest, ethical or knowledgeable for my 2000 Toyota RAV4! After paying for an inspection, Northshore Automotive is the first shop to send me photos with detailed descriptions of what is needed to be serviced. I still had questions & the service Manager Nick spent around 1 hour total answering my questions on the phone and by email! With all of the knowledge he shared with me, I now trust them completely. Northshore Automotive also offers a 2 year warranty on larger services needed. Their customer service and warranty have now gained a loyal customer. I highly recommend them!”

“I have been here a few times now to have work done on my car, and I cannot be more pleased with the service and honesty!
My first visit was a couple of years ago to get a second opinion (was told my transmission was going out...yikes), and took my car here to the specialists! Turns out, it wasn't my transmission at all, and ended up being a tire that was making a weird noise because part of it had been flattened due to me probably slamming on my brakes at some point. Saved me a ton of money with the correct diagnosis, and they didn't charge me!
The next time was for a wheel bearing and they were able to diagnose it quickly, return it to me, and then when I asked them to look again (my car was still making suspicious noises), they took it back, no questions asked, and fixed it again. I felt like the most annoying person, but they listened to my concerns and took them seriously every time, and were so kind about it! Price was incredibly reasonable too. Special shout-out to Donna and Don (and everyone else, really) who took such good care of me and my car!”
