“It was a fairly busy Friday afternoon when I rolled in with a flat tire. They jacked up my car, pulled off the tire, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and had me on my way in 20 minutes for a very reasonable price. I was able to watch the whole process and they called me over to show me where the leak was coming from and how they were going to fix it. It can be a little nerve-wracking going to a new place, especially as a woman, especially in a new neighborhood, but they made me feel welcome and safe.”
“Overall my repairs look great. My car took longer a couple weeks longer than they anticipated, but Ashley at the front desk kept me in the loop and provided excellent customer service.”

Enrique (on his lunch) helped me come back down to earth in a time of panic and desperation. Reminding me of the Samsung pay app. I knew my card numbers, added my card and was on my way. “I see a lot of negative reviews but for me cheap towing was quick to get my car after a bad accident and were extremely helpful throughout the process. “Bitch and moan about tow truck companies all you want, they can be a pain in the ass. I get it. However, I had a positive experience. I had locked my dog in the car (like a dumb shit). I called them, and within 45 minutes, they arrived and got the car open. It was a small thing, but they charged me a reasonable fee...HALF of what the other companies wanted to charge. Thanks!
