Unlike every other mechanic shop I’d ever been to including when I would get the sprinter van worked on at the actual Mercedes dealership, Sound Auto care gives you a working and constantly updated link to a webpage with your full diagnostic report and everything they’re working on, what needs work and what may need work in the future. Not only was this helpful info wise, it was so simple to easily pass this info on to all the prospective buyers to see what they were potentially purchasing with full transparency. “Darnell's was recommended to me by Brandon at Straight Line Detailing in Parkland (shout out to Brandon, his work is excellent also). I have a 12 year old Mini Cooper. The clear coat on the hood was bubbling and peeling, and the vinyl racing stripes were aging even worse. Doug stripped the hood, repainted it, blended the new paint into the old, and added a beautiful hand painted racing stripe. He also painted the bumper inset a contrasting color. The work was meticulously done and turned out gorgeous. I can't recommend Darnell's highly enough.”

“Outstanding repair shop. My Outback was diagnosed with having a cracked head gasket. Every other shop I contacted either quoted extraordinarily high or was condescending when I asked questions. I reached out to East Valley and not only did the respond with such professionalism and kindness, but understood my situation and was able to provide a reasonable quote. From there, the experience just got better. I had a wonderful 30 minute conversation with Mark on the phone. It felt like talking with a life long friend. “I suddenly heard a loud screeching/squealing sound coming from my truck, luckily Engel’s was nearby and I called in to see if I could take it in. It’s my family’s only vehicle and they said they could take a few minutes to take a look even if they had a tight schedule. They were able to diagnose the issue and luckily it was a quick fix.
