Today, Friday January 2nd, The Rebuilder was in the shop and was able to rebuild my W200 alternator within an hour so that I didn't have to make the trek back and all for a fraction of the cost of a new one. Why buy new and risk installation and belt alignment issues when you can easily rebuild.”

“I don't normally do reviews unless im overly impressed with the quality of service. I have 2012 GMC Sierra that had eye sore damage in a very unusual area on the back corner part of the cab. Collision 1 in Auburn Washington did an amazing job fixing my truck. They went above and beyond my expectations. I thought about buying a new truck because of the damaged area that it was in. but, who can afford a new vehicle these days? So i decided to spend $8,000 to fix my truck in lue of $80,000 for a new one. Brandon is the manager there. A very straight up honest guy. He shows his excitement to fix your car the minute you meet him. His whole team there are professionals and do exceptional work. Leadership has alot to do with that. When I got my truck back today I felt like I had bought a brand new truck again minus being in debt for $72,000. Thank you Brandon and the whole team at Collison 1. “From start to finish, I received the best customer service from Big E! I would highly recommend utilizing them for any repairs. I received quotes from four places and John (JP) was the only estimator out of all the companies who took the time to break down the estimate and help me understand the work they were doing. It was easy to get to and from the rental car place, and John and his team worked with me for any small requests I had regarding my repairs/payment. I also picked up my car and was pleasantly surprised at the detail job they did! I was not expecting my car to be so clean, but they took to the time to vacuum both the front and back seats - I honestly don't think it's been that clean since I bought my car! “My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.”

But NOW I know that's not true!!! I heard about a process called RestoreFX and the place that does it in Kent (though they say Renton).. and Oh My GOODNESS. they did it OVERNIGHT.. for $276.. it looks AMAZING now.. I told them I would post about it so.. if you have faded clear coat CALL THESE GUYS.. They do work for a bunch of the big car dealers too on Certified Preowned cars to make them look brand new.. I'm extremely impressed.”

From the beginning, they were straightforward and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what likely went wrong with the prior paint job and answered my questions clearly without trying to upsell anything.
I received quotes from multiple shops, and Bratch came in at around $1,000, which was the most reasonable option. More importantly, the quality of the work and the turnaround time were both excellent.
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail—they didn’t just fix the bumper, but also vacuumed and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car, which I did not expect.
Overall, the experience felt Honest, Efficient, and Professional. I would definitely return and recommend them to others.”
