“I look for an auto shop that will take good care of my BMW, and respect me as a woman; and in Federal Way my choice has been the European Auto Clinic. A few places sort of exude a kind of subtle disdainfulness when a woman walks in, but NOT this place! Today was the second time I've used EAC, and this time it was for a routine oil change and fluids check, and my experience was super. I wasn't overcharged, I got even more of a detailed checklist than I expected, and Arturo at the front desk is a very helpful, friendly person. FYI: The EAC has a nice clean front office with some seating in case you need to wait for your car.”
“I can't recommend this service enough, they repaired a deep scratch on my passenger side door from a parking lot pillar. I tried to get a range of estimates before choosing a business; my only regret was not going with this one first (they did get back to me first, after all). I was able to pick my car up the morning after dropping it off, which was faster than I expected. There was also a shallow scratch on the side mirror they fixed that I hadn't included in the initial photo, which I appreciated. The work looks great - like it never happened! Ricky is knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. I sent some additional pictures for diagnosis after I first reached out, and he let me know that he'd be able to repair it for significantly less than the original estimate. He's an honest dude and really did me a favor, so the least I can do is leave him a good review. Thanks, Ricky!”

“Well staffed, 4 employees in a pretty small store for a cycle gear. I bought an airbag vest and it wasn't cheap! They were VERY knowledgeable. Said they had been formally trained by Alpinestars on their tech air 5 airbag vest and it clearly showed! You can tell these guys have a true passion for motorcycles and helping customers be well prepared, comfortable, properly fitted and protected in the event of a crash.
