“I made two round trips of 300 miles each to leave my vehicle with Torklift so they could fabricate and install a high clearance through the grill front receiver hitch, and a DC:DC charger circuit, and power to both the front and rear receiver. All the planning, which changed a few times, was done ahead of time over the phone, the scheduling worked out on time, and the workmanship is top notch. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and pleasant staff from the front desk to the shop floor. Torklift deserve their excellent reputation as manufacturers of quality tow products, and custom fabrication. Jason helped me when I was buying my F-150 Lightning and he was the BEST! He answered all of my questions quickly and clearly, helped me with my trade in, and made everything just so dang pleasant.
When he handed me over to Gabe in finance, I was talked to in a way that wasn’t high pressure or unpleasant. I was preparing myself for the usual high pressure for add-ons but instead he just took his time to explain everything and respected my decisions about what I wanted and how I wanted to finance my truck.”

“I was rear ended and needed to get the damages repaired. The insurance adjuster for the gentleman who hit me recommended Caliber Collision and so did my insurance company. Michael was able to provide an estimate that the insurance adjuster was also able to have and he took the time to explain next steps and the process that was going to happen. My car was scheduled for the next week and Caliber was in contact with me through texts with progress updates and even able to keep the insurance adjuster and the car rental company informed so I didn't have to worry about I ut anything. They were able to finish repairs faster than expected too. This was my first accident in 35 years of driving and I was so afraid of how long and time consuming it could have been. Caliber Collision staff were very clear and patient with me. They helped me through something that was new and overwhelming by making it easy for me to have my car repaired. If I ever need Collision damage repairs in the future, they would be my first choice. Highly recommend them.”

“I put a boo boo on my brand new car and was heart sick. I got several estimates in the area, but I should have gone straight to Sonic. Not only were they the most reasonable ,they were the most honest with what was necessary. They actually came in under the original quote because once they got into it, they could see it wasn't as bad as it could have been. One local highly rated shop's quote was 4 times what I paid Sonic. Part of it is because there was a teeny tiny dent that all the others said would require a whole section of the car to be repainted and decals replaced. Sonic did some kind of magic and you can't even tell. I am eternally grateful I was able to pay oop and avoid having an insurance claim.”

“So express auto collision I would give them 10 stars if I was able to . Due to the fact, we called them up explain to them that we were in a auto accident and we needed an estimate of what the repairs were gonna cost just For our peace of mind and so we could pass it on to our Attorney. He got the ball rolling right away worked with us. He gave us a car to borrow until they were able to figure out the estimation of the cost which the car was completely totaled. Then he let us keep the car a little extra until we were able to get into our own vehicle. He also worked with us about storing the vehicle with the vehicle cost for the storage whether inside or out. He tries everything he can to make sure the client doesn’t have to pay the fees.. He let us keep the rental while the adjuster was doing their investigation of the auto Accident and the insurance claims, etc. I highly recommend express auto collision to anybody who has any body damage needs any auto body work done or just looking for auto collision place to take their vehicle to. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. “Before the pandemic, I always had a hard time finding a trusty mechanic. So over the years I've learned to work on my car myself and I learned alot. But due to my new location, I don't have space or time to work on my car anymore to keep it maintained. I had to do what was best and look for a shop locally to replace my cv axel. Mr. Matsuda is the only mechanic I currently trust after mt experience! He finished in 3 hours and also re filled my AC with a fair price! The before and after photos helped ensured me to understand what parts needed to be replaced and how they looked. I appreciate that alot, not only that but he found a source of a leak (which i didnt even tell him about). I couldn't find that leak on my own time and feel so grateful he actually found it!!
I'll be back, cause I have an older subaru and to keep that thing running takes a watchful eye, open ears and maintenance.
