“These guys run a real tight ship. One of the fastest services I’ve had, and the employees were so straightforward and helpful. They covered every base, glad I went!”
“Sounds like they knew what they were doin! I was met by a guy named Nicholas and cadence and they were extremely helpful and guided me to their pro shop in black lake because they told me I needed new bearings and caught it early ! Thank you both !!! Wonderful service”
“Randall and Isaiah were great, they updated me on everything with my car gave me prices for their packages and got my oil, filter, lights all changed in 20 minutes. Great guys and you can tell they love and respect their job. Thank you guys!”
“Angel and Sam were awesome, they were super thorough and quick and made sure I was well taken care of, probably the fastest I’ve had it done too! 🙌🏻 I definitely will be coming back to this location.”
“This is one of my brothers family shops. Hawks Prairie Automotive is great and they have a great team behind their name. They got my car back and running and i’ll always go to them for my vehicles.”
“Fair pricing, good workmanship, relatively quick turnaround despite how busy they are, and they stand behind their work. I brought in a vehicle for AC issues a few years back and they were able to turn it around same day. A few years later, the AC system failed again (No fault of their workmanship or the quality of the product); And despite me bringing it in Nearly 3 years later, they stood behind their work and warranted the faulty part and recommended just a small bit extra to ensure that it would bulletproof the system and I wouldn’t run into the issue again. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of these folks, and never felt like I was being nickel’d and dime’d; I’d feel confident bringing any of my vehicles here.”
“I’ve only been coming here for a few months, but every visit has been amazing. I love how easy the whole process is—I just drive in, stay in my car, and they take care of everything. The staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. They ask the right questions, check everything over thoroughly, and make sure my vehicle is good to go before I leave. The service is always quick without ever feeling rushed, and I really appreciate how smooth and convenient they make the experience. I highly recommend them!”

“This is the best bang for your buck. Nice clean space. Recommend 1 dog at a time. The soap and conditioner smell great and my dogs took to it well. Option to sanitize station is comforting.”
“Nicole and the mechanic that worked on my car were nice and informative, I come to this location often for oil changes and it’s usually timely and consistent. Calling is almost useless as they’re always busy and usually can’t pick up in time.”
