“I had to have my car towed because it wouldn’t start and when I called Midland auto they informed me that they can take my car day of. When it got there they were quick to inform me that it was in the shop and the same when they called me to inform me of the issues. They fixed my car same day and I was able to take it home that afternoon. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely be going back for maintenance and if I have any other issues.”

“I brought my truck in to isolate a new noise that my truck began making. They were very thourough in their inspection and isolated it to my transmission. It was not the news that I wanted but I trust their evaluation based on my research prior. I have some big decisions to make going forward and I expect them to play a part in them. I've done my own repairs but am unable to anymore so after other flakey mechanics, I hope I have found a new go to. They care and follow up with you, making sure that you're satisfied with their service. Sam and Mark understand customer service and I will be back”

“Adam Richardson was hands down one of the coolest most fun associate i have came across in awhile. His humor and meeting me on my outrageous personality level was so appreciated. I was in a crappy situation and phe went above and beyond to help me and make me less stressed about it. I think I have found my new spot for tires and service! Also, these mechanics are ACTUALLY ASE Certified Mechanics.... so remember that when you chose cheap over quality. Ill be back Adam, to laugh and joke with ya for tire rotation!!!! Thanks again Adam!!!”

“We have owned 2 RAMS , the first we bought from another Dodge dealership and they were aweful!!! I had a little trepidation going to another but Tacoma Dodge was wonderful. Now I have had the great pleasure of taking our RAM to the express service. Fantastic. Fast, great customer service. Mia was communicative and kind, very accommodating. They have snacks, coffee, and water. A huge area to sit, I was able to work on my laptop, they even had good music playing. Fantastic experience!!! Thank you Mia and Jasmyne (my technician) for an all around good experience.”

“This is the second time using them for an oil change. Once on my Audi Q7 and this time on my Audi S7. A lot of other places I called were super expensive AND I had to wait to make an appointment AND they had to order supposedly something special for my no S7… I don’t know a ton about cars, however I know about service, quality, and timeliness. And they get 5 stars for all three and more! PLUS… they also own a little coffee spot next door you can walk or drive up to and get coffee while you wait the be 15 minutes it takes to get an oil change! BEST CAR MAINTENANCE SPOT EVER! SIDENOTE: The waiting room is clean and doesn’t smell like oil like some other places! I took a pic of the inside and the espresso spot.”
