“I dont write 5 star reviews often, as my time on here is complaining about bad service. But I'm very happy I went here.A few days ago I decided to have them give my truck an oil change. I drove up and their IPad told them who I was based on my license plate. They greeted me, by my name, like I was a regular. The gal working here, idk if she is the manager, was very friendly and full of life. The others working here were friendly and provided refreshing customer service the whole way too.I'm what I would consider myself as an intermediate experienced mechanic, I've worked on my old Ram 1500 for years.I know a lot of the ins and outs of my truck. I'll do the oil change as it costs me $35 dollars to pick up some oil and do the change myself.But once in a blue moon I'll pay a bit more here if I sense an issue on my truck that I just cant figure out.Jiffylube is quick to find the issue and ask me questions on if I have any specific bad driving habits with my vehicle... which are true which has been the cause of said issue.They also informed me on my trucks issues I already knew about. If I went to the dealership they will flat out lie to me on thousands of dollars worth of other issues and parts they say need to be replaced which have already been taken care of by me.I've gone to this exact location for 20 years. Growing up my mom would get her car serviced here. Never had an issue with these guys once. The service is even better with their new iPad system they have. The only downside is my truck is so big they cant lift it to rotate tires along with the oil change which is fine. Its easy to do at home.Jiffylube mainly just recommends your specific cars maintenance routine and doesnt pressure you. Paying extra for an oil change with them was worth it.”

“I didn’t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper’s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”

“We came to Bucky's today for what we thought was just a spark plug issue. The problem was actually much worse. We expected for our car to be in the shop for at least a couple of days.. Affordable pricing I think $96 for synthetic oil, inspection, all liquids changed. I feel for the receptionist as he was in a lot of pain awaiting hip surgery. Praying for this business as they do a good job! Came recommended and was not disappointment.”
