“My happy place. New management is a class act. 10/10 would lift again. Has also created a few jobs for the area which we all love to see. Shoutout to Max Martin, always a pleasure running into him during his shift.”

“Great coaches and atmosphere! I’ve joined Sasquatch 6 months ago and it was the best decision. The classes are fun and challenging, it is hard to miss a day, you can get addicted to it! All the staff is super friendly and high energy. I highly recommend Sasquatch to help you get to the next fitness level!”

“There are so many things I appreciate. The outgoing staff, interacting with others in the gym, but most of all I appreciate Adam who has been helping me regain strength and mobility. He is a great listener, motivator and believes in his clients. Thank you!”

“I hate working out; I don’t like gyms or the idea of people watching me work out. Not to mention after a certain age, my body just doesn’t want to play:) I love Rowhouse because it feels like a community of people who all have the same goals. No hard bodies, just people trying to get healthy with supportive and encouraging coaches his smile as soon as you walk in the door! The whole staff knows your name almost immediately, and it just feels like your crew. But most importantly, I finally feel like I am getting strong and healthy, and there is no impact to my joints whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend Row House for anyone who has joint issues or has had a couple kids ( ladies, you know what I mean here ) and wants to either start getting healthy or just mix up your workout routine!”

“Danny creates a great learning environment! I felt like I was apart of the family and my kids created lasting memories on the mat. My only regret is that I have to move away from this gym for work at the end of the year. Come check it out.”

“First a few stats: Female, 58 yrs old, 20+ lbs overweight and broken due to 4 years of manual labor and caretaking that lead to two knee surgeries, two hernias, and a back injury. I used to be "n shape, but more like the "I finished last in a race, but finished." Activities used to include kayaking, running, and bike riding. In my 20's and early 30's I lifted weights, but it was a different era. I joined Sasquatch gym about a month and a half ago in Redmond. I was not in a good place mentally or physically and knew I had to do something about it. My neighbor, who is an Ironwoman caliber athlete of similar age, said she found she was benefiting from their classes and that the coaches were good about modifying the exercises. I knew if I joined a gym where I had a lot of flexibility to "go anytime," I'd procrastinate and skip it. The the class structure was appealing. I pay month-to-month. A bit more than signing up for 6 mo or a year when you break it down, but it felt "safe." There is a fee for dropping your membership, but I don't think it's unreasonable (especially since their per-class rate, if you go 3x/week or more is significantly less than the per class rate of a local competitor). I have to thank Isaac for being so patient when I finally walked in that door .. with much coaxing because I couldn't even find the gym despite good signage and was looking for an excuse to back out. I was NOT in a good mood.... grumpy would be an understatement (Note: it's next to Whole Foods , but construction traffic for two blocks in either direction that day obscured numerous signs). Now that I've been at Sasquatch a short while, I have nothing to say but good things about Cam and Troy, the two primary instructors at this location. Both are fantastic about presenting modifications for those of us making a "comeback" and they closely monitor form as you are learning so that you don't injure yourself. Evan at the front desk always has a big smile for me when I walk in and seems to know everyone by name. The workouts are FUN. I love the fact that I get an hour each day to stash my phone in a locker and disconnect from everything else going on. There are participants of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly and non-judgemental. The folks who work out here, even the super fit crowd, are welcoming, not intimidating. The gym is clean and class size is limited. There are two web sites they use - one for class signup (Sasquatch) and another for tracking your workouts (Beyond The Whiteboard -btwb). The classes are M-F at 6am (busiest!), 7am (very busy), 8am (mixed), 9 am (generally quiet), noon (I've only been once), and 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, and 7pm . There are 3 or 4 clasess on Saturday mornings. Saturdays are busier, and a bit of a different format. I'd recommend you do your first few classes during a quieter time if you are new to working out or getting back into after a hiatus. You might also want to consider a few personal trainer sessions. If you can't make it to the gym due to weather or travel, Sasquatch's BTWB page has at-home workouts that you can do w/o equipment. Be sure to preview the workouts from the web page if you are new to it (and find yourself some good music). The web page is a bit easier to navigate up front and you'll have an easier time finding the tutorials for any exercises you are unfamiliar with.”

“I've been training here for about 6 months. I started with their free women's class on Sunday nights and quickly fell in love with Muay Thai! I can't say enough good things about the coaches here. They are fun and make you feel very comfortable while teaching you good technique. My confidence is growing and my waistline is shrinking. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself!”

“Great community, great people, nice equipment, pretty sketchy parking lot outside at 5am. Please get some sort of stabilized squat, PLEASE ??. Like a hack squat or pendulum squat.”

“Nice small gym. It's got all the equipment you need to get a good workout in. I've gone during peak hours and it's never super full, which is great if you don't like crowds. Has 3 bathrooms, 2 with showers, and all are regularly cleaned. The gym is actually open 24 hours a day, unlike some other gyms which may or may not have "24 hours" in their name and aren't actually open the entire day.Read some of the older reviews on here. I think some of them might be a little outdated, so here's an update on those points from my experience. The gym doesn't smell. I've never been hassled for money. Staff are nice and helpful. I haven't done any classes or training sessions with the staff, but I've seen people do them and it looks pretty good. I've never had a problem communicating or scheduling meetings with the staff. Not really a negative on the gym's part. In the pacific northwest it can be pretty rainy. If your shoes are wet the floor near the entrance can be slippery.”

“Gym has really good equipment for strongman and powerlifting! Does not have a commercial gym feel, which depending on what you're looking for might be a pro or a con.”

“Motivating, friendly staff and the best coaches! They help you see what you can accomplish, to believe in yourself. I'm not a fit, athletic person but every time I'm there, there's no judgment, only encouragement that when I leave I feel great! Very grateful for the members, coaches and staff that work there!”

“5/5 not for the fitness place but for the facials, done by Ela, I have been getting here. She works down the hall, just left of the entrance. Exchange usually happens over the phone through text and she is happy to accommodate your time. The sessions I have with her are usually 1.5 hours long and are geared towards cleansing and acne. She does an amazing job at making you feel at home and comfortable in the room -- lights are dim, calming music, massages, etc. And I definitely walk out of there feeling refreshing and my skin is good for about a month before hormones come and mess things up. She also has her own sets of skincare in the closet for purchase. These are the ones she uses on you and introduces to you in the session. You do get discounts if you keep going back.”

“I’m so grateful for the daycare providers here. They are all very nice, and professional people. I cannot believe another reviewer said that some of the providers were creepy. As for the gym itself, I like it a lot. It’s always clean, and doesn’t smell stuffy like other gyms sometimes do. I also love the sense of community.”

“Very good gym, lots of equipment and clean. The staff is very helpful and polite. However, if you go between 1700-1800 hrs, you will find it difficult to find space for doing weight training or treadmills. Please be mindful of that. The swimming pool is clean as well.”
