“This is my favorite place to go and find screws for my projects. There is always a helpful staff member on hand to help me find just the right fastener in their large in stock selection - yes I can buy single screws or large boxes by the pound.”

“Always willing to help. They don't always have it, but they will order it for you. Family Business, which is always nice to see. I'd rather spend a little extra, then going to a big box stores. Best price in town on propane..”

“I've been shopping for tools and supplies at Harbor Freight for years. They have very good quality tools at reasonable prices, much less than at the major box or hardware stores. The very few times I had any problems, the store staff were always anxious to help and replace the item if needed. I'll be a customer for life.I'm glad to see they're going back to offering more coupons to save even more!”

“Chinook lumber is on my list of places i wish i would have shopped sooner. i always thought this was a store for pros, but when i finally had a lumber order large enough i figured i’d at least give them a chance to quote the order. they came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than the home center, including delivery, and quality of materials is much higher.Delivery came a day early, and was dropped unattended at my garage and ready for me to use whenever i got to it. the driver even noticed one of the items had slight damage during delivery and a replacement delivery for the damaged item showed up later that day without me even having to call about it. try getting that level of service from the home center!”

“Classic small town hardware store, it's been here since the dawn of time, or at least before 1970 when I got here. They've got a ton of stuff, same owners for many decades. Give it a try before driving to a big box store”

“I have jumped on the Central Welding Bandwagon - they are amazing! Of course, they are super nice and quickly fill your propane tank. They also do helium! Instead of buying a disposable tank for $50 that hardly works you can get an actual tank that works like in a balloon shop! I will only get my helium and propane from here!”

“Worked for the county and used to stop here, quickly - lol, in the morning. Was fun cause they had a trivia question each day.Have been in a few times lately. The store is a lot bigger than it looks from outside. Nice and roomy, clean, nice bathroom, has hot food and the cashier's are friendly. They also sell propane!”

“This Redmond Home Depot has had good customer service every time we've gone. We've been to other places that ignore requests to help and tell you to do it yourself while employees stand around doing nothing. Of note, the Redmond Home Depot staff kindly help us tie our tree to our SUV every time we buy a tree from here. I wanted to highlight Kenny for his great service helping us get our Christmas tree on our SUV today. He declined our tip but wanted to highlight his customer service”

“Made a second visit to this location and needed advice of an electrical nature. Good advice was given cheerfully and I am appreciative. Some parts were hard to find and selections were not as great as I would have preferred, but all in all a successful visit.”

“This Lowes honestly rarely fails me. Whenever I need something, I can usually find it on their website, and check if it's available. That's key. Setting expectations and meeting the expectations. I usually either order it online for pick up in a little bit (usually takes less than an hour)... or write down the specific aisle where the item is and run in and grab it without having to traverse the labyrinth of aisles and distractions. The only thing that annoys me is when something is in a special aisle (like "BACK WALL 002") -- can be somewhat vague and you might go all around the whole store trying to find which part of the back wall that is. They should really have a map, but if you're less people-averse than me, they tend to have plenty of staff around who can answer your question of where that is -- and people have always been super nice. I have had a situation a couple times where the available stock is up above the normal aisles. Finding someone to help me was kind of a pain in one case (plumbing area -- which is in the far back corner without many people around)... but I did find someone and they were able to grab the item. Another time, I was able to find someone super quick and they grabbed the thing... so, just a mixed bag there.”
