“i'm visiting washington with my long distance boyfriend and while just stopping at this outlet mall he took me to this BEAUTIFUL PLACE!! i was so blown away by all the handmade pieces and artwork they had to purchase at reasonable price with the highest quality! eliza was so kind as to talk to us and explain each stone we asked about and even find pieces around the store they found fitting !! they was were so kind and the experience was ten times more valuable then i ever expected walking into a store. i found the most beautiful piece and she even offered to put it on hold and wrap it so nicely for my birthday. i'm so so happy with my purchase i'm so sad to not be in this area to have this store with me forever,, if you're in the area please do not miss out. thank you janis for opening such a beautiful store i wish i could've met you personally and thank you eliza for making the experience of the store so meaningful and helping me find an amazing birthday gift ! “This Lowes honestly rarely fails me. Whenever I need something, I can usually find it on their website, and check if it's available. That's key. Setting expectations and meeting the expectations. I usually either order it online for pick up in a little bit (usually takes less than an hour)... or write down the specific aisle where the item is and run in and grab it without having to traverse the labyrinth of aisles and distractions. The only thing that annoys me is when something is in a special aisle (like "BACK WALL 002") -- can be somewhat vague and you might go all around the whole store trying to find which part of the back wall that is. They should really have a map, but if you're less people-averse than me, they tend to have plenty of staff around who can answer your question of where that is -- and people have always been super nice. I have had a situation a couple times where the available stock is up above the normal aisles. Finding someone to help me was kind of a pain in one case (plumbing area -- which is in the far back corner without many people around)... but I did find someone and they were able to grab the item. Another time, I was able to find someone super quick and they grabbed the thing... so, just a mixed bag there.”
“We spent almost 2 delightful hours in this gorgeous store full of wonders! Something wonderful to see everywhere you look. Very reasonable pricing, and I especially appreciated that there was something in literally any price range and all of it was so special-looking that the shopping was super fun! My mom has Alzheimers and we love places like this to spend time in together. The 2 ladies running the shop were fun to chat and laugh with. We are already planning to go back again soon, I can't wait to see it all loaded up for Christmas!”
