They had everything they need it to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis wich saved me a few hundreds dollars for not having to do any further dna tests to find out the cause of my French bulldog puppy having blood in his stools. They explained everything I needed to know about my puppy's condition and made sure I understood the what, when, why and how of the medicine they were sending me home with. “Brookfield Veterinary is my go-to clinic for convenience/location and quality of services rendered. However, for last visit had to wait over half an hour to see my kitty's doctor due to an "emergency." Would have given 5 stars if this didn't happen. Still, staff is terrific and facility is clean and inviting. Would recommend nonetheless.”

“I have had good to great experiences with this veterinary hospital/office.Once with a more urgent situation and again with a follow up issue.In both instances, the doctors & staff were knowledgeable, courteous and professional.Didn’t feel rushed into any decisions or pressured into doing anything & I believe my cat was well cared for throughout the visits.Prices were somewhat higher than expected for non-emergency care but seemed in line with what others are charging.Would definitely recommend & will use again.”

“I love Dr. Evergreen and all the techs and front desk except Suzanne. She is very rude on the phone and in person. She talks over me whenever I try to explain anything, ignores me when I come in and basically treats me as if I am not there, she may talk sweet but is not. If I didn't think Dr. Evergreen did such a great job on everything he does; I would not go back because of her. The doctor did surgery on my dog when he had cancer, it was in a difficult spot he got it all out and kept me informed the whole way and explained everything to me so I could understand it. He is the best. I can't say how much I appreciate him.”

“Highly recommend anyone coming to this Vet. I got my tiny dog of 5lbs neutered here. I was very worried, espically of how small he was. He even got his baby teeth extracted, with micro chip as well and went home with pain medicine. This Vet was very affordable! They charged me $330. (Every dog is different/procedure, so price may vary) But we had a wonderful experience here. The Doctor was super sweet, and staff was great! I highly recommend to anyone and family! ”

After calling all of the ER vets within the greater Seattle area, they were the only one with no wait time (compared to all others being a 2-8 hour wait). Getting my pup looked at was quick and easy. I also greatly appreciate that they gave us more pills than needed for my dog’s treatment in case she doesn’t heal as quickly, because this prevents us from having to come in again and pay for additional exams and treatment. Definitely would recommend this clinic to anyone needing emergency care!!”
