“Everyone there from the incoming receptionist to the helper getting us set up in the exam room to the Veterinarian were all professional and personally kind and considerate to our cat Wendy but to me as well. They all answered any and all questions I had and were very kind and considerate to Wendy while examining and treating her with her yearly vaccines. They gave her a good check over leaving my mind at ease knowing she was in good physical shape and answered any questions I had about her health and care. I give everyone there a 10 out of 10 for their kind and professional care. I am attaching a photo I showed the staff that I made up of Wendy in Outer Space. They liked it, and I added a second one of her the day after her exam I made up as well just for fun. Jerry Miller”
“Every time we've come here for anything the staff - both front end and back - have never been anything but professional and kind.
Dr. Slentz has saved both my cats at multiple points throughout their fluffy lives and has a straight laced delivery that I appreciate over the overly friendly nothingburger candor I've gotten from other vet officies. He tells you how it is but doesn't give up and exhausts absolutely every avenue he can to make sure your pet makes it home happy and healthy.
I will always be thankful for Loyal Companion Animal Care and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a vet.”

“I really like this veterinary clinic. I took my cat there for dental work. He had 10 teeth removed. They took great care of him amd called a couple times to see how he was doing. They do care about your pets and treat them like family.
They take Pet assure which gives you 25% discount from in house procedures.

Dr. Canaway took the time to thoroughly examine her and discovered it might actually be a neurological injury. We’re now seeing a specialist. I’m so grateful, not only for the care they gave my pup, but for truly listening when I said the medication wasn’t helping.”
“I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Hoover and the vet assistants/techs that I have worked with! My recently adopted kitten has been having blood in her urine and so far tests are showing nothing but Dr. Hoover has her on some meds that seem to be helping and they've been nothing but gentle and sweet to my kitty and treating her as if she were their own. I cannot recommend Cottage Lake Vet enough even after working for a different vet hospital!”
“Dr. Frank and his staff is amazing. They do everything possible to make Snoopy’s vet visit as stress free as possible, which is not an easy task. They are always there for us when we need them. And I so appreciate that Dr. Frank is willing to think outside the box. And the atmosphere reminds me more of a living room than a vet practice, which keeps my anxiety down as well.”

“We were able to schedule our dog an appointment for an injury via the online scheduling system for next day. 100% the easiest and quickest I’ve ever made a vet appointment at any of the VCAs that we’ve been to. We got a call the next morning to confirm the appointment and get more information regarding the injury. Our entire experience was outstanding, I wish we were staying in the area just to continue regular care. I highly recommend coming here.”

“I had a great experience here! There was no wait compared to a 2-4 hour wait at another clinic in Bellevue. The vet tech, Maddie, was friendly and Dr. Flemming was great about explaining his thoughts about what he wanted to do and why. I ended up having to keep my kitty there overnight to do a series of X-rays and eventually surgery for a blockage in her stomach. They were great about communication. I got an estimate of my costs and an estimate of timing. They kept me updated on their findings and post surgery. They made sure to monitor her afterwards and sent me home with clear directions of after care. They also called me 3 days after the surgery to check up on her and answer any questions I had.
They do seem to be having some staffing issues but they are upfront about it and know their limits. When they were at capacity their phone line informed the caller and let them know where to find information of other emergency clinics”
