“I had a great experience at AutoZone yesterday. I stopped in looking for intake manifold bolts for my 2011 Silverado. Unfortunately, they didn't have them in stock, but one of the managers told me they would do their best to get them by midday the next day. I believe it was either Oscar or Alexis, but I'm not completely sure since both managers were helping customers at the counter when I was there.
To my surprise, they followed through and had the bolts ready when promised. That really made my day and helped keep my project moving. When I returned to pick up the bolts, the store was busy, but Adain still took the time to help me find the RTV I needed for the job and pointed me in the right direction.
It's always appreciated when employees go the extra mile, especially when they're busy. Great customer service all around, and I'll definitely be back for my automotive needs.”
