“We brought our 2024 prologue in for some warranty work on the front drive shafts.Bento helped us and made arrangements to get them done. We made an appointment for following week.When we were heading home he gave us a call and said he actually had them in stock so he was able to get us in the next day and get them replaced.so we got it done and was able to pick it up the next day. Have had other work done before on our other Honda cars and they are always friendly and courteous when we go in.”

“I pulled my camping trailer over Blewett Pass to camp at Confluence State Park in Wenatchee, and just before I got over the summit, blew my power steering pump. On a Friday morning I called probably 15 shops around the Wenatchee area, none of them could help on such short notice. Finally saw Robles and Robles, and called expecting more of the same, but Jose said he could probably do it today if he could get the part. I drove over in the morning, he confirmed it was the power steering pump, ordered the part, that had to come from Pasco, and had it by 4pm. They don't have a problem working past 5pm, and by 5:40 I was back on the road and the problem was fixed. Amazing. When an issue like this happens and you are on the road, you don't expect to find anyone to be able to help on such short notice. Thanks to Jose and his son, I can enjoy the remainder of my weekend, without stressing about how I'm getting home and how/where/when I will be able to get it fixed. And it was cheap, $268 total with labor! I can't remember the last time I had an auto repair that cheap. I apologize for the length of this review, but I can't say enough about these guys. Jose and his son were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I can't recommend them enough, especially if you're in a pinch.”

“Common Sense Roofing Inc has been using Al's Auto Service for years (since 2007) when we tried their business service. Al, Albert & James have repaired at least 7 of our trucks + a number of personal vehicles. They have made every effort to make things happen to keep us up and running when the unexpected happens , back when we had a small number of vehicles, now we have more and easy to leave a day or 2 if needed, as we have 1 backup truck. They give us an honest appraisal of what is wrong (if known), and get to as soon as possible. A recent experience we had was our transmission is starting to slip. Al's mentioned due to age and cost, they did not recommend replacing transmission but selling the car as was not worth the expense. that advice was in our best interest, not there for work. THis makes them a good reputable company we will use for years to come
