“I went to a nearby compeatetor who was too understaffed to help me. When someone finally came to the counter, the fellow assisted someone who had not been waiting in line before me and another person. At O'Reilly at least 5 individuals were waiting to serve customers. The store was sparkling clean. I was in an out within minutes. Great experience!”
