“Stopped by on 2 separate occasions right before closing to exchange birthday gift for the correct size. I hate being the difficult customer (no receipt or relatives correct reward info) so I was prepared to not have the greatest welcome in greeting. However, the lead/manager on shift went above and beyond to find the transaction, engaging and building rapport while I'm assuming new employee? shadowed. There's plenty of places to shop for shoes but East Wenatchee Famous definitely made an impact and earned my business going forward.”

“This is one of the last real sporting good stores for anyone in the Wenatchee area other than Hooked On Toys. If you go to Walmart and other places, you’ll waste your time and energy, looking for things that they will most likely have it sportsman’s warehouse and more importantly their prices are expensive, but from what I have understood recently, they will match competitors pricing on things like ammo, but I haven’t confirmed that and I’m going to the store to confirm that today”
