Clean store, stocked shelves, polite employees! Busy store as they are great with their customers!

This place has no clue how to do prescriptions they've cut their hours. They're one of the only places left that will fill a prescription in town and you get to sit here for 30 minutes in a pick up line in your car to pick up a prescription and it's not any better to go inside because there's at least 12 people standing inside waiting to pick up prescriptions and the people that are helping folks to do this barely speak English and move at the same pace as a fucking two toed sloth. They even have three toes at this place

Terrible customer service. The woman who helped me barely understood English, almost gave me someone else’s prescription and was unable to answer my questions at all. Go anywhere else.

Yesterday I had the displeasure of coming in contact with one of your rudest employees - at the Grant St location of Walgreens. First she cut me off as I turned with my shopping cart down an isle as if what she was doing dead more important than my business and I called her on it. She became extremely confrontational when I said that her actions were rude. Her name on her tag was Ana - she has no customer service skills what so ever - even other customers commented that she was the person who was causing all the ruckus. I have been a long time Walgreens customer and have never been treated as I was yesterday - your employee literally was screaming at my sister. The manager should have either sent her home with a suspension or fired her because of her behavior. I went to Fred Meyers for my purchases instead.

Not even a star. Slow and always closing before they finish

I made an appointment at Walgreens for COVID testing. I arrived at 2:15pm and waited until 3:45pm. Was then told, we have no test for you, come back early tomorrow. Completely, unacceptable, unorganized, bad custom relations. I am taking my prescription business to Walmart, from now on.

Texted me I had 2 prescriptions ready and only had one. When I added my phone number for rewards it asked me to verify the last few of a phone number I didn’t recognize. I told the gal this was not me. She asked me if I wanted to update the number and I said no, let me try again. Same thing came up. I looked at the bag and was my last name but not my first. I said that’s not me, my first name is this. She went back in the bin and pulled out a bag with my name on it. And asks me again if I wanted to update my number. I said NO! My number is fine. It’s because you just scanned someone else’s prescription and give it to me. Never asked me to verify my DOB or address, just handed it over. There was more that happened in this one visit… very scary…. For the last year it’s gotten absolutely horrible. Rude pharmacist, incompetent staff, the list goes on and on. Changing pharmacies is no fun but can’t deal with this any longer.

My prescription was sent to the pharmacy to be filled on Friday. I went to the pharmacy the following Tuesday to pick up my prescriptions and were told they'd be ready in 15 minutes. I come back an hour later and they don't even have my prescriptions in stock. They told me to come back in two weeks. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this pharmacy ever. Customer service is horrible. The pharmacist is rude and not helpful.

Used to be a great place with great service, not anymore. Very consistent in not having things ready even when you get a text that says they are. Sadly we're going to have to find another pharmacy. It's a pain having to switch pharmacies but this is just not working

Horrible place. Bad customer service. I went to get my curbside pickup I get there and they said no curbside. Today we went to get insulin needles and they now they said we can't refill all but one box. Why is that we need them to stay alive? Answer... someone else may need needles. So it appears Walgreens is rationing out needles to the public.

If I Could give them zero stars I would. Made an appointment on their site to get covid tested and got the confirmation code and time. When I got there they looked at my email confirmation and said they don't have anything on their system and that they can't see us cause their internet may not work even though they just used the credit card machine and they were making transactions with other customers. They said well usually they can't get someone tested until two days after they made the appointment. Why did the appointment go through that day and confirm I can be tested. They had no answers and told me they can't do anything.

Whatever you do, don't get covid tested here if you need the results in a timely fashion (going on a trip for example). They only offer the 72hr test. (Which in reality means that they will be available in 3-7 days). In addition, they will not test you themselves. They will instruct you through the drive-through window on how to test yourself. And once the results are back/available, you will get zero automatic notification. You will have to call and request the results to be emailed to you. Since the price tag for this is over $100, a person would expect to get a bit more product. Very misleading and laughable to say the least. The staff at this store is polite, so they get 1 star. Otherwise, Walgreens would get zero stars.

Sucks. The end. 45 minutes instead of 10 as promised. Insurance issue after being assured it was fine.
