I went in with a Keybank check made out to me and I got charged $7.50 to cash the KEYBANK check. This was at the Edmonds Way location. I didn't get the managers name who could have easily waved the fee at least one time for me, but she is an absolute imbecile. She tried to get me to open an account while telling me they are better than B of A. All that this interaction did was insure that I will never step foot in a Keybank again.

If you have somebody in customer service they really need to be able to communicate. I can't understand a word Justine says even after the third time I had to ask the same question. Communication is imperative in customer service especially at a bank. This is the key Bank in Edmonds Wa.please look into this. I see there has been other disappointments as well. Thank you.

Walked in to DEPOSIT money in an account and was told by a person I could barely understand, because American English was not their native language, that I would need to know the account number, even though I knew the address and name of the person and had made deposits at another branch many times.

Opened accounts recently with Justine. After depositing into new accounts I did not receive change as I should have for starters.I then waited the two weeks it takes to get mailed your first card as they do not print first cards. I ultimately did not receive any card, limiting my use of the new accounts for even longer. Stopped into Lynwood branch and was told a card was never ordered. Had to swing back to Edmonds to ask for them to send another card and wait another 2 weeks. Wasted more time in the lobby as there’s only 1 banker out of 3 in the lobby that is available at any time. One was training and the other just sat digging in her purse asking me to wait further.Finally decided to cut my losses and bank else where. Good luck with these guys, you’ll need it.

I have had by far worst experience with this branch, Riley Fry who is the bank manger held my check on hold which is understandable and then also put a hold on my checking!! I had my bank branch where I open my account contact her and they asked for her to release this case to them since I open my account with them not at Edmonds…and she wouldn’t she said she didn’t want to get herself or her employees in trouble due to company policy. She then proceed to not care about me not having an access to my account or money at all and said it’s policy to lock the account which is a lie. Also Calvin will lie for her as well telling you she’s busy so she can avoid calls. It took an entire day to remove her from handling my account, I don’t recommend this branch what so ever. Riley is very incompetent and does not care if you need to use your funds. I still have no access to my account over her stupidity

I have been with Key Bank in Edmonds since their beginning. The new manger is unbending and very impersonal..We.miss our old staff and wish it was different. Won't bring my future there. Loved Teresa!!!!

Will do foreign exchange but only if I paid them to have an account. This should not be the standard for a bank.

This particular staff member was not helpful at all. I simply wanted to cash my check but it became a bigger situation than necessary all because for some reason two different people didn't understand that I wanted to cash my check. It was a waste of time and energy and it just left me frustrated with the bank itself because this isn't the first time where I feel like my time has been wasted at this bank.

I had a very positive experience with Kristi in the Edmonds branch. She was very professional and searched to find the right answers. I'll have to return to work with Kristi.
