“Wine shop that does events and wine tasting. Outdoor seating. Partial view of the ferry, near the Edmonds train station. Located around the corner of Spuds and chips. Free parking.”
“This is a cozy local nook if you need a place to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine and live music. I enjoyed watching the people dance and the band play.”
“Walked in looking for a bottle for a friend from France's anniversary. I gave the clerk my price range, a general taste guideline of my friend and told her I ideally wanted a wine from Bordeaux (where friend was from). She instantly showed me a bottle that meet these requirements and gave me the backstory of the vineyard in Picot (an even more famous town for wine in a province famous for wine). They also had boxes so I was able to stick a bow on it and give it to my friend. She LOVED it! And while the clerk couldn't have known - my friend asked me how I knew she grew up a few miles from the vineyard and it brought up some fun memories. She was ecstatic and she said it was a delicious wine and it made her anniversary celebrations even better!
Highly recommend! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.”
“Looking for a great selection of French (and others) wines? You have to check this shop out! Knowledgable and friendly owners and weekly tastings. Get on the email list for new arrivals. Go there!”
“Luv the interior and how they’ve curated that I-D-G-A-F vibe! (Psst-ask your grandkids to translate if you don’t know what that means!) As a lifelong alcoholic since my milk drinking days, it is so refreshing to be submerged into a comforting den of bottles and corks. The winetenders really know their stuff, and can always recommend me a bottle whether I’m looking to unwind to carpet cleaning videos, or go buck wild at the local pig roast.
Cheers, queers!
Bella xoxo”
“Great wine selection and very knowledgeable owners and staff. I joined the wine club for a reasonable price and I guess once you join, you are in for life. You get a discount on bottles that don't have a red mark on the price label when you join the club, along with some other benefits. Like that they are close to home and open often.”
“I work in the same shopping center and come in a few times a week to grab Red Bull. Mo is always friendly and helpful, and seems to remember things about you whenever you go in!
Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I know that the girls that I work with feel the same, especially my coworker who is extremely picky and indecisive about her vapes.
Also, thanks for carrying different flavors of Sugar Free Red Bull! ?”
“GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD LIQUOR STORE . FRIENDLY STAFF . NICE SELECTIONS WITH LOCAL PRODUCTS . PARKING LOT . GREAT SURPRISE WITH A TACO RESTAURANT INSIDE WOTH OUTDOOR SEATING . GET THE CARNITAS SOFT TACOS”
“Large inventory and selection of wine and spirits. I wish there were one farther north than Lynnwood though. A recent visit shows that a large portion of the tequila on the shelf is now from NOM 1437 Don Roberto, a Spirit Direct brand. This facility in Mexico is one the largest industrial tequila suppliers to other distilleries, who by law do not have to disclose they buy and incorporate this distillate into their own product. Still there is a bit of Ocho, Siete Leguas and Don Fulano and a couple of other decent brands, though not prominently displayed.”

“Pleasantly surprised! It’s been years (decades) since I’ve wandered about 6th Ave and wow has it changed (in a good way)! We made our way here at the end of the night for some pizza and brews. Fun vibe and bartenders were friendly! We are vegetarians who miss the flavor of meat and we’ve learned not every pizza place can make a flavorful vegetarian pizza… Half Pint Pizza Pub can! The cheese was melted the right amount, the crust was the right amount of crunchy yet soft, and the sauce and flavors were on point! It was the perfect way to end our date night out!”

“We are so blessed to have this geM of a store so close to home. Saleh’s is everything you’d want in a local corner store…and more! Beer and wine on tap, great selection of candy, snacks and those pesky household items you may need in a pinch, a place to actually sit and hang out, and the staff are always so kind. They make me feel special every time I stop in…like I’m their favorite customer. ❤️”
“My wife and I live nearby to Cellar Cat.
We are so fortunate to have such a cool, relaxing, entertaining jazz, blues, British rock, or whatever happens to be featured club.I know the owners, they are genuinely perfect hosts. The wine selection is outstanding. The charcuterie plates are custom made, delicious.
The best thing about this place for me is the pure escapism from the crazy world we live in. Sit down relax, sip a wine of your choice. Enjoy he music.”
“Molly's Bottle Shop is an incredibly intimate woman-owned small business in a super awesome location. I highly enjoy going to a bottle shop where the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, offers samples, and guides me through a variety of options that include several different price ranges. I explained to Molly that my husband and I travel to Italy often and we are very picky about wine. Molly pointed out a variety of bottles we might be interested in trying and the two I chose were both phenomenal. I can't wait to go back!”

“I love checking out grocery stores in areas where we are visiting. This store is really one of those you have to see to believe. First, it’s huge and seems to go on forever. There are many different depts like seafood, meat, bakery etc. and they have everything. It’s amazing. There are numerous employees all over if you need assistance.
Four stars instead of five for the ridiculously high prices.”
“I go here frequently as the offerings change constantly for the seasons. The staff are always helpful and very friendly, they seem actually happy to be there.
If you want to try snacks from other countries, get a quality pasta sauce, or find some unique decor this is definitely the place to go!”
“Just moved in and I'm absolutely loving the complex!Management was super helpful during the move in process and I love the unit. Layout makes great usage of square footage, feels bigger than it is as a result. Lots of little perks (in unit w/d, new kitchen appliances, lots of closet space etc) that come together for a great experience. Super friendly community that's made me feel right at home.Best of all the views of lake Washington are flat out AMAZING!!!”
“Staff is always kind, the food they serve is good and the hours they stay open until are handy, I’m a night owl so it’s nice to know I can stop by in the later hours of the night and grab a drink or snack”
“Dear Safeway, I would like to compliment you on your staff. Assistant Manager Kristina was great. She was covering the bakery at the Safeway 35th Ave Seattle store when I came in on Friday morning 5/21/21. I was there to pick up my order of a dozen apple fritters which I had ordered on Wednesday. I informed the staff that I was there to pick up and then waited and waited. I then repeated my request to another staff member who then telephoned the bakery but no one answered. Eventually, I went shopping for other items in the hope that my order would be ready when I returned. When Asst. Mgr. Kristina became aware that my pastry order was missing, she tracked me down in the store and explained what had happened. Unfortunately though, she said she did not have a dozen apple fritters left but she did come up with a good customer satisfaction substitute solution. Although I did not get the full dozen apple fritters, she did make me feel that Safeway values each customer very highly. She went the extra mile for her customer! Thanks!”

“Shop here almost every day every one is nice the black guy who works there has very good customer service skills and is very helpful but I won't shop there when the other guy they have working there is working cause he is rude bad for business lazy and disrespectful remember going in there one day with a ten $ bill and he refuses service didn't barley even look at money said won't take it cause it was counterfeit didn't even test it horrible customer service on his behalf but everyone else is cool”
“Staff have always been helpful and friendly, selections of wine, beer, liquor, ciders, mixers, etc, have always been broad and very competitive price-wise. I've never not found what I was looking for, and their Schweppes Tonic is always the best deal in town.”
“The guys that work here are so helpful especially Harmon and Greg. Always polite, professional and great customer service. This is my go to convenient store and I’m always met with a smile.”
“Not to bad of a store didn’t expect to have security check my receipt when I was leaving I really thought Walmart and Costco did that but I guess they have a lot of theft here in Ballard”
“The Safeway on Highway 99 in Edmonds has been one of the Safeway locations I have frequented when living in the Shoreline area. The parking lot can be tight to pull and out of, though there tends to be open parking spaces and the spaces/parking aisles themselves are relatively easy/straightforward to maneuver. The store front has been clearly marked and easy to access. Sections within the store are well labeled and offerings diverse. Some items sell out faster than others, but I have not found there to be big hinderances in purchasing a certain item. If sold out in one brand, I might go with another. On my most recent visit, on Thursday 28 December 2023, I got a MrBeast (who has over 220 million subscribers on YouTube as of writing this review on Saturday 30 December 2023) chocolate bar. Three of the four flavors were sold out, but I was happy to find a number of the milk chocolate bars left. The packaging and bar were not damaged in any way. Self check out had a worker overseeing the stations, and payment went without hiccup(s).”
