“All the staff members I’ve interacted with here have been so friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for a couple years and the whole team consistently asks how they can help and directs me to whatever I need. They’ve helped me figure out everything from lawn irrigation to wiring issues. Lucky to have them in the neighborhood.”

“This Miller location is great! Everyone is very friendly and super helpful. Kat is amazing at custom color matching. We had some white oak that we were having trouble matching a stain color we had mixed ourselves. Kat came to the rescue and nailed the color. We would highly recommend Greenlake Miller paints. Thank you so much, Kat! Keep up the great work.”

“The guys at this store location are fantastic. They’re friendly, helpful and really kind. I’m not extremely knowledgeable with paint specifics (I know the basics) and I’ve never felt talked down to or belittled for it. Thank you for making women feel comfortable in your store!”

“I just want to give a shoutout to Haley, her Manager (I forgot to get his name), and the rest of the staff at this store. They always greet me when I walk in. I went more than a handful of times to get paint swatches and they let me borrow their swatch book for a month while I sorted out colors for my home renovation. They are helpful with answering my questions and are all very knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this store enough!”

“Needed to paint match off of some paint that peeled off a door, it was a very small piece of paint but we were able to find what we needed. The staff was very helpful and quickly got us what we needed despite the store being a bit busy”

“Yesterday, I brought in a paint sample from my room, and they told me to pick it up the next day for a 99%+ match. I picked it up today, and wow—the match is literally 100% perfect! The staff was super helpful, and the price was very reasonable. I’m so happy with the result. Thank you so much!”

“Highest recommendation to Control Quality Painting. From my first interaction with Melvin and Mateo they have been courteous, on time and provided great communication and project updates. We have an older Craftsman style home that was a challenging project, but they brought the house back to looking like new. They are truly experts in their craft, and I appreciate their attention to detail throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the results!”

“Best stain match EVER!! I tried another shop first and had a terrible experience. I stopped by Rhodda and talked with Cat about matching a stain on my 1920s door so I could stain two new doors, and refinish my other old ones. What a gold mine Cat is! She matched the color on my old door with Daily’s stain - nothing compares! Cat will be the only person I trust with color matching from now on!”

“I was in need of a stain color match and Mallory Paint was recommended by a professional. I live in the north end but was happy to travel to ensure a "perfect" match. Tommy helped me and did an amazing job of the match. I also had Tommy help me with selecting a color / paint for my front door and a color match for outdoor trim paint. Not only was Tommy exceptionally helpful with provident me all the tips and tricks I needed, he was super friendly and provided excellent service. I'll for sure use this business for all future paining needs.”

“Great store, tidy service for a long time customer (8+ years). We have bought our exterior paint here in 2018, our interior (6 colors) coatings in 2019 and our remodel paint (same colors used prior). Store location is handy, and selection, sales know how and purchasing assistance is above and beyond.”

“Remarkable responsive service. I am so impressed by the helpfulness, team work and morale at Mallory Paints/Benjamin Moore at the 80th and Aurora store. They found the formula for paint color from the year 2000 that was made by defunct Pratt & Lambert; they matched a color for me from an old can, and they made possible saving one gallon of older paint by mixing it and straining it into a new can. The counter staff on Friday, April 17th and Saturday, April 18th was superb in every way. They know their stuff and do everything to be helpful. No waiting either to get their attention. Thank you. And I was not a contractor, just a neighborhood client.”

“I have been working with Sherwin Williams flooring company for over 5 years now. Price comparison they are a little lower than others. But where they excel is their customer service. There have been a few mistakes made over the years, but they go above and beyond to make it right. Very satisfied customer!”

“Nick was really easy to work with and ultimately corrected another associate’s mistake while staying 30 minutes past closing time to help me. He also showed me a product that can adjust the sheen of paint, which is something I had asked at least 3 other associates about in the past. They all claimed it didn’t exist, stating I just had to buy another gallon in the different sheen, as if I wouldn’t have automatically done that if I could afford to. I’ve often gotten the impression that Sherwin Williams employees are on some kind of commission model because it usually feels like they’re constantly trying to nickel and dime you. I didn’t get that impression from Nick at all.”

“When I was doing some touch up work some years back on the exterior of my house this store mixed a gallon of paint for me that matched the color. When I went in yesterday to buy paint for the window sills that need sprucing up I discovered that they had me on record from my previous paint purchase six years ago. In fact I learned Sherman-Williams keeps your paint information on digital file for up to ten years. I need another gallon for future touch ups on the house and this makes it extremely convenient since I didn’t have the information any longer. Five stars just for this!”
