You will find toys and treats here that are healthy for your cat (unlike other places). Also the toys here typically have really good quality. It can be a bit more on the pricy side, but there are great lower price option’s available.”

“Let me start by saying that the team at Mukilteo really care. James always is so kind and genuine. He's always helpful and attentive. Today he went above and beyond for me and my poor queen who had a c section and 2 out of 5 survived.... sigh on top of that my card had expired with out my knowledge at the vet earlier today...so I checked my mail and behold it was there....well it said that I could just use it in the paper from becu...well I went to use it and it had to be activated :< and I was at closing time ..left my dumb phone and just having a heart break ..and James, bless this man helped me. I'll never forget that act of kindness because regardless of the company it's still a choise at the end of the day. Your choise was love. I'll be back tomorrow and I will pay for the comp of can food that he comped me to have some wet baby cat good for my recovering himalayan queen. I'll never forget either. ❤️”

They have a frequent buyer program for Sustainably Yours cat litter, which is the very best in terms of odor control, clumping, dust, and limited tracking. “Both my dog and my family LOVE Mud Bay! The staff are amazing and so helpful! Plus, you can return pretty much anything that doesn't work for your pet as long as it's not more than 50% gone. I tried a bone for my bully and he has a very sensitive stomach. It did not go over well at all and it took me a couple of weeks to bring it back, but it was no problem at all! Their products are great quality and fairly priced. My dog knows where we are when we pull in the parking lot and knows that he'll have 2 or 3 employees down on the floor loving on him. They're so knowledgeable too, so I really can't say enough great things about them!”

“I cannot say enough about how much I love shopping here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they obviously really care about their customers and their pets! I have two cats and went through a period of time where they were being really picky about food and one was having digestive issues. At All the Best they were so understanding of what I was going through trying to find food that works for my cats! They have a color coding system which lets you know the textures of different food etc… but the game changer for me was one of the employees recommendation of an enzyme supplement that I mix into their food (the wisely one)! Once I started mixing the enzyme into their food the little one stopped having digestive problems and they both decided they agreed on a food they liked. I think maybe it wasn’t so much the food but how they felt after eating it that made the difference. I haven’t had them snub anything since they started the enzyme.In addition to providing great guidance on food etc… the staff is just really friendly and seem to genuinely like talking to their customers and hearing about their pets and lives. When I’m feeling depressed or yucky I usually avoid errands because I get anxious and I never feel the need to avoid coming here. I know if I come in feeling less than 100% that I’ll leave in better condition than when I came in. I don’t buy cat food anywhere else anymore! This shop is my #1”
“Cats Exclusive is an excellent vet if you are looking for cat specialists. They also have many cat supplies, from cat food to litter to toys. If your cat requires prescription food, it is available here. They also have boarding options.
The prices are reasonable, and it's definitely worth it to have a team that specializes in cats.”
“Excellent facility; my guinea pig had cancer and was beyond saving, but they were able to make her more comfortable. A week later, Strawberry (the guinea pig) passed away peacefully and painlessly in her sleep.”
“We just adopted our rescue dog Trini and she came with a bag of food. For several days, we tried to sort out why she was having loose stools until we figured out it might be the food she is eating.So we decided to stop by Mud Bay and ask for alternative food recommendations. Mud Bay's crew were patient, friendly and helpful with our kibble inquiries. They gave us samples to try which seemed to work so we bought a small bag and have now graduated to a big bag of the right dog food for Trina.And also a bonus, the products they carry are priced fairly. We are now loyal customers (Trini approved).”

“I take my fluffy medium sized dog to get groomed here. He always looks great and they are able to bath him, do a bit of a sanitary shave, and get all his shedding fur out - all in about an hour or so. I’ve taken him to other groomers in the past but they are more expensive for worse results compared to Health Mutt. Highly recommend Health Mutt for their grooming services!”

“The X-LG cheese was perfect size for my bulldog. In the past my dog chewed on bully sticks or an elk antler but these are a great alternative as it is highly digestible and no smell. Will continue to buy Yeti Cheese chews.”

“We were left unbothered to urge and demand that the company stops selling animals. So that’s nice. Because it’s good not to sell live animals that were bred to be sold but I could see an adoption fee for each rescued lizard or ferret or any other friend would be helpful. That way we can focus on building up more secure, better/more enrichment in their temporary homes. Like enrichment inter species fun travel slides and tunnels. Ya know, the dream! ? ? ? Thank you for taking the best care you can for now for the animals.”
“I always feel a little guilty walking into a store just 10 minutes before closing, but the employees at PetSmart were incredibly kind and helpful the moment I walked in. Very knowledgeable and the store has a huge selection on toys, treats, harnesses, leashes, food, etc. Plus it’s my dog’s favorite store :).”

“So happy with our experience in the grooming department. We have a floofy Bernese Mountain dog and the groomer Alyssa, did an amazing job with him. She was very thorough in explaining what she may need to do ( he had some matting) and how much any extra time would cost. You could tell she takes her job seriously and our dog Biscuit has never looked better! We will be back”
