Was told they don't provide Notary services after 5:00PM but they close at 6:00PM... I had to waste an hour going to Lynwood to get a Notary and also ship it from another UPS location in Lynwood. Because the manager here is a prick. I would give zero stars if I could.

This UPS Store is always helpful, prompt, works with you to satisfy the customer. I have only good experiences here. They are organized and well stocked. Multiple services are available here. The workers and owners are personable. This location is convenient for shopping in nearby stores.

Nick gets 5 stars for always having a fantastic attitude and intelligent conversations. The chubby guy, perhaps the manager, constantly tells people he won’t do Amazon returns when the store is still open for another 20 minutes and shoos people out the door.

Do NOT drop anything for USPS here. If it gets lost you have no recourse and nobody cares. It's just a courtesy that they take USPS. I dropped something off here because I trusted them and it never made it. Instead use the kiosk at the nearest post office . You will get a receipt with a tracking number, it's much safer. I don't want to accuse anyone but I dropped a pre paid USPS return with $200 headphones and hmmmm they're missing. I give 2 stars because I didn't feel they were very kind about my missing item. $200 is a painful way to learn the hard way. I hope whoever has them enjoys the headphones.

If you value your time, resources or customers - do not use this branch.Just got off the phone with the manager of this store who just finished verbatim telling me I’m a terrible person. Genuinely confused by this interaction as even if I had been overly confrontational- that’s far from his job description of deescalation. I did have a frustrated tone - but I’m out $200 and several hours of my life wasted so I feel like being frustrated is expected - being told to call back when Im calmer is ineffective, unprofessional and very unexpected.Spent 45 trying to ship a 20lb package with a young woman who had zero communication skills and somehow less critical thinking skills to understand the layers and variables in shipping. Lack of training did not help.I’ve been a reseller for over a decade and upon walking into this branch - she gave a single cursory glance and said she couldn’t help us and returned to laughing with her coworker/ignoring us. The 45 minutes were spent walking her through her own computer system and showing her how to scan the barcodes and put in the appropriate codes so that she could ship the item.When all was said and done - I verified that they would protect the item with foam and wrap it carefully and she assured me it would happen. This frustrating conversation took place with a line behind me while she joked with her coworker. Flash forward a week and my buyer just contacted me to let me know they just threw the item in the box.

Totally rude employees, that young manager and one older girl should not deal with any customer service. They refused to service a lady because she complained.

I've had no problems mailing or dropping off returns at this location. That's supposed to be the norm I know. For whatever reason it's not. Anyways it's got a large parking lot and I've never had any problems with the service!Also no UPS Store can assist if you wait until Xmas Eve to try and mail your gift of bowling balls to Antarctica. It's a UPS Store. Not Santa Claus.
