Nick gets 5 stars for always having a fantastic attitude and intelligent conversations. The chubby guy, perhaps the manager, constantly tells people he won’t do Amazon returns when the store is still open for another 20 minutes and shoos people out the door.

Terrible customer service! Do not ask for help they are RUDE and do not careThe UPS store on 196th is worth traveling a few extra minutes to..they are so much better!!

Totally rude employees, that young manager and one older girl should not deal with any customer service. They refused to service a lady because she complained.
