“The Mineral post office is a hidden gem. It's worth going out of your way to avoid the hassles at the Eatonville post office. Mineral has a skeleton crew, but they work hard to deliver the same service as a larger post office. The contrast between Mineral and Eatonville couldn't be more stark! The workers in Mineral seem to love working for the post office. In Eatonville, they act like they have a grudge against the customers.”

“There's a lot of negativity about the Eatonville post office. I'd like to point out that "Grumpy Pants" (as we called him, I think his name is Don) has retired, so his rudeness, unfriendliness, and scowling looks are no longer there. Paula has always been friendly, courteous, professional, and a joy to work with. The new Post Master (I don't know his name) is a ray of sunshine who greets you with a friendly smile, actually talks and jokes with you, and makes it a pleasure to be waited in by him. There's the occasional mix up, but overall we're very satisfied with the people we interact with there. I cannot speak of the mail carriers as we pick our mail up in town, although I know that Brenda Waters is one of the best. Let's hear some positive about our local post office instead of the usual negativeness.”
